Terrible
to
work
with
for
planning
a
wedding.
It
took
3
weeks
to
get
an
appointment
(we
eventually
had
to
look
up
a
personal
number
because
no
one
answered
the
venue
phone
number
or
email).
We
liked
the
location
a
lot,
but
during
our
meeting,
they
did
not
allow
us
to
add
any
of
our
"customizations"
to
the
quote/schedule
and
instead
just
gave
us
the
"basic
wedding"
package
-
obviously
so
that
it
would
be
the
cheapest
quote
we
would
have
(could've
just
been
an
email
as
there
was
no
personalization
for
what
we
described
we
wanted).
We
had
tried
to
ask
about
the
food
options
(there
was
no
example
menu
or
anything
about
that
to
look
at)
and
they
just
said
"Everything
is
possible,
worry
about
that
later".
They
sent
us
an
email
confirmation
that
we
had
the
1st
option
on
our
date
with
a
full
quotation,
and
that
we
could
go
ahead
and
book
our
wedding
for
that
date!
-
but
never
sent
us
the
password
to
log
in
and
see
the
quote/
add
in
the
customizations
we
had
talked
about!
THEN,
3
or
4
days
later,
after
they
had
sent
us
the
1st
option
for
our
date,
they
messaged
us
that
they
didn't
actually
have
our
date
available,
and
asked
us
to
change
our
wedding
date!!!!!!
We
had
told
them
this
was
the
most
important
factor
for
if
we
could
have
it
there!
We
had
already
been
ready
to
start
canceling
on
our
other
venue
options
and
were
HORRIFIED!!
They
strung
us
along
for
another
week
or
so
saying
they
would
check
if
the
other
people
who
actually
had
that
date
would
use
it
or
not.
They
were
so
unprofessional
compared
to
every
other
venue
we
visited
(and
we
visited
15+
venues
in
The
Netherlands).
They
were
so
slow
to
reply
and
so
unprofessional,
I
didn't
want
to
work
with
them
even
if
the
venue
did
suddenly
become
available.
It
made
it
even
worse
that
they
had
arrogantly
bragged
about
how
many
years
they
had
been
doing
this
during
our
visit.
