Good food but no toilet access!!! How is this allowed in the EU? We are paying customers and there is no access to the toilet for paying customers. You have to pay for the toilet, which is ridiculous because this is on a main highway and we don’t have Hungarian money.

The food was ok, but this is the first ever McDonald's from Europe that you have to pay for the toilet is not about 200ft,but is the responsibility of the Corporation to offer toilet for customers and all ready spend money on fast food All the other McDonald's I'm been to you don't have to pay.the staff are very friendly and nice.

Worst McDoland's I have ever visited without toilette for guests! Absolutely terrible place to eat. They try to cheat you on paying for the toilette upstairs making some excuses that this is not theirs while they do have a toilette for disabled people downstairs. When we tried to go there since we paid for meal there one lady even tried to open the door when I closed in order to force me to go upstairs to pay for toilette. When I informed that about the illegality of their manner because according to EU law they must provide restroom for their paying customers for free she was rude and said to me that this is not her problem. Really detestable restaurant with extremely rude personnel. Avoid visiting this restaurant if you do not want to be disappointed.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars. This place allows you to buy food to eat inside but they do not provide toilet access to wash hands. Toilets can be accessed for a fee only. There was a toilet for customers with disabilities that can be accessed for free and despite multiple requests the staff didn't want to open it claiming that if they open other customers will want to use it as well. I can't believe a restaurant chain doesn't allow customers to wash hands(for free). We were traveling with 3 kids and stopped by McDonald's because we know this is a place that has toilets. On top of that the staff members, including the manager were very unprofessional and RUDE.

Can you imagine that you have to pay to clean your hands before meal?! Moreover it is McDonalds which servees burgers. Burger = eating by hands. Welcome to Hungary! Definately skip that place and reach Slovakia for better experience.

You buy their products but toilet is separate payment...what kind of mackdonalds is this? I don't recommend this to anyone...stay away....go somewhere else where you have access to a free toilet if you spend your money there.

Best McD I ever been (as truck driver I visited lot of them). Chicken burger is very tasty and fresh, fries was sooo hot and crispy 🤤 Lady who work on count served you. Need extra payed for take out and for toalet. Here is cheeper than in Germany, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Denmark….

As a customer I find unacceptable to pay to use the toilet. The restaurant is very clean and the stuff very friendly.

The fries were overcooked, I got two napkins with my order, and no place to take some more, and you have to pay for the bathroom although you ordered there. Definitely skip the place

Typischer McDonald's, aber gut gelegen an der Autobahn von Budapest nach Wien. Direkt bei der MOL-Tankstelle auf der Raststätte. Dieser McDonald's ist relativ neu und ist noch gut im Schuss. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für einen letzten Imbiss auf der ungarischen Seite...🥤🍟🍔

Die Vorbereitung war richtig schnell. Die Bedienung unterschiedlich. Gute Preise. Der einzige Nachteil: Man muss 400 Ft für die Toiletten bezahlen. Das ist ca. 50 Euro Cent umgerechnet. Ja es ist nicht die Welt aber für die Kunden sollte es kostenlos sein. Außerdem waren die Toiletten nicht so sauber.

Whooop gluten free! You have to pay to use the toilet 200! I was happy to try the pork burger and have the gluten free bread! The service was pretty good but the lady from McDonald’s shouted at me and said no cameras so I could not add any photos to this review

We paid about 20Euros for food but when we wanted to use the toilets, we had to pay for it, unable to use the receipt for entrance to toilet. Also we got a drink in a paper/plastic but we had to pay for a straw.

Finally the WC is free, so you can wash hands before and after eating. New interior restaurant, quick, kind service. Food is the usual mc quality.
