Driving to Hermanus we only needed to make a small detour to visit this relatively new Nando’s. It is pretty big, with a few big booths, there is a drive through if you are in a rush. The staff were all friendly, the service was quick and the food was everything Nando’s should be. Count yourself lucky if you live close and don’t waste the opportunity to go at least once a week.

Honestly the BEST Nandos. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food is always great. Don't even get me started on their Tropical Sunset drink, that's some tasty stuff, difficult not to order more than two at once 😂

They meet the standard Nando’s has set. The food was tasty and the location convenient for those driving from Gordon’s Bay to Strand. There is a shopping center across the street and on a weekend this place is buzzing

Food is great, rolls are fresh. Staff polite, but not overly friendly.. I always wait for my livers which I am happy with, because I know they are freshly prepared.

Made use of the drive through to buy food. 8/10 one have to wait for your food in the parking area. Today I had to wait 25 minutes. Order 655. Wedges was also cold. The food is otherwise very nice. Long waiting time the complaint.

Sorry but you guys need to give much better service first time I buy there the chicken was old and dry the second time. I ordered via Mr delivery and they forgot my coke with my order then Mr delivery give me a voucher code which I never use cause that not what I want and the third time I went there the cashier gave me way to much change I gave it back as I wouldn't like her to lose her job give a better service not old chicken and forget parts of orders I hope Pedro's opens soon in strand so you can bring better service cause clearly u not worried now

Drive thru is extremely slow. Over 20mins waiting time. You are just told to go park, no sense of customer service by telling your customers that there is a bit of waiting time and how long. They obviously wait until you pay before you find out you have to wait.

This Nando's chicken is the real thing!! Puts to shame all other similar Nando's fast food chicken places. Nando's in Ontario Canada is pathetic... They should all travel to South Africa, visit a Nando's store and taste their food. Chicken is nicely cooked (not over cooked or undercooked). The sides are ridiculously delicious and the sauces are unique. After placing the order, returned to the table and in less than 10 min, food and drinks arrived. Although there are is no servers/waitress, and people who brought the food, occasionally where stopping by to check if there is anything else we needed. Very curious, friendly and attentive. 👍👍
