Absolutely great. Great atmosphere, service and of course FOOD! You get pletty for the buck you pay and its amazing. Well done to the staff and owner. This is one of our favorite spots now! Ample parking available.

Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff right in the heart of Somerset. It’s a really affordable spot and their food was truly delicious. I had the fig flat bread and the chicken salad. So tasty!

I came here when I was little for my birthday and it was called cattle Barron back then. I got a massive tray of chocolate and icecream to add to a waffle for my birthday from the owner. Yesterday I turned 25 and our waiter brought me a shot. Thanks for adding on to my fond memories x Our cocktails, starters, mains and desserts were absolutely outstanding. Thank you! This place seems to just tick everything off well. Service ✅, Menu ✅, Wine Selection ✅, Portion Size ✅, Ambience ✅, Food Quality & Presentation ✅. Value for money ✅. They’ve nailed the formula. Great for a birthday meal, family night out, date night, it’s win-win!

Couldn’t recommend Sanook more!! My boyfriend and I initially visited one of their East London branches and fell inlove with them, and then when we made our trip to Somerset West from Pretoria we had to stop and see if it was the same. By far our BEST decision of our trip thus far, great service, beautiful atmosphere and unbelievably delicious food! Sanook PLEASE come to Pretoria!

Normally order take out from here but the burgers get worse and worse in quality every time. We give special instructions to leave out ginger from the bowels and the explicitly put in ginger regardless. The quality of the food is very low for the price, better getting takeout from somewhere else. The burger bun is cold and soggy, they forget parts of it like the sauce. 2/10 don't recommend.

First time visit and left feeling a tad disappointed. Very basic decor setup but clean and spacious. The menu is detailed and vast, almost too much choice, but there is something for everyone. Service was satisfactory but could have been better. I ordered ribs which were good but just one paper serviette doesn't cut it - no finger bowl or wet wipes and no waiter when you need him. My lunch companion loved her Buddah Bowl, and it looked delicious too. This restaurant would please vegetarians and vegans...more choices than most. Dessert choices were limited and promised more than they delivered. Might give it another try sometime, but when there are other establishments to try, it could be a while.

What a fantastic evening 👌🏼 Food was amazing, tried several dishes and each one was better than the next ! Prince our waiter was just the best... he made the evening memorable! Luke the owner goes over and above to ensure customer satisfaction ! Will definitely be going back really soon 🥂😁
