Pathetic service. 2 saleswomen... no other buyers inside and they couldn’t even help me with which body scrub to get. They didn’t seem to know the body products. V & A waterfront has better service.

The most unfriendly and unhelpful staff at Somerset West Mall. I feel so upset that I feel like I do not want to shop at the body shop anymore. Had a similar experience at Cavendish Square
