We enjoyed a delicious iced V-60 with Ethiopian beans & lattes at JIM cafe. It’s a hidden gym in Ibri. The barista took pride in his work and paid attention to detail in preparing our drinks. They also have another location in Nizwa. The shop owner Mohammad was incredibly kind and welcoming! Definitely try the passion fruit or peach tea!
