This was my first visit to the practice and I was impressed that everyone took the time to introduce themselves and clearly explain what they were going to do. Also Dr. Novak took the time to get to know me as a new patient and welcomed me. The staff was competent and efficient. Judy, the hygienist was gentle and very complete. I absolutely love this dental office. From the front desk, to the Hygenist’s, assistants, and doctors - it is overall worth every cent. You are treated so well and the staff very well cares about their patients. I’ve been going to Dr.Altman and Zadik for over 2 years now and they’ve been just wonderful. Never had any issues. Dr. Novak provided wonderful care & service. He was professional, kind and provided thorough explanations regarding a dental issue I was having. He was also very accommodating given I was a brand new patient on a holiday weekend with limited operating hours. I was able to get into the office and be seen very quickly.

Yesterday I went for a dental cleaning at Greenwich Dental Group. Magdalena was the Hygienist and it was a great experience all around. She was 100% professional, respectful and competent. And it is ALWAYS like that!! Dr. Altman, came in for my thorough and gentle exam, all the while explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for. I am a senior and have experienced a number of dentist and dentist specialists during my lifetime in several countries. I am a new patient of Greenwich Dental Group and Steve.Altman. I neglected my dental needs during Covid, and, as a result, I have needed extensive dental work. Dr. Altman and his team are by far the best dental GROUP I have ever experienced in my life. They are highly skilled in general dentistry, and in the specialties, all in the same office. The team and the caring atmosphere for the patients throughout the office is astonishing and unprecedented. One feels that caring as soon as they enter the premises. I have never seen anything like it in a dental office or in a medical office as well.
