Unfortunately I had to have physical therapy for my knee injury and going to NYPT was the best thing I ever did. It was so nice I had to return because I broke my wrist. The therapists are very professional, thoughtful, and friendly ( especially Amanda). The rest of the staff members are also friendly and courteous. The staff at NYPT makes receiving therapy an enjoyable time.

The therapists here are amazing simply because of the techniques applied in helping me get back to good health. So far the progress I have been making, under their expertise, is amazing. The facility is very clean, well-staffed and the admin & support team are very friendly and highly professional.

The therapist are very knowledgeable and my condition is actually getting better after 2 weeks of visits. The only problem I have with them is the wait can be a bit long sometimes And I did see a patron using the equipment with his mask under his chin. Better monitoring is needed.

NYPT is amazing. The staff really makes you feel like family, from the reception team to the PT staff. Lots of effort goes into ensuring the time spent at NYPT is not wasted, and remains focused on recovery, as well as overall wellness. Christina is wonderful, immensely knowledgable, and super accommodating. Same goes for Amanda…and really, no matter who you see, they all really know their stuff!! My mother and I are well on our way to recovery…which could not have been possible without NYPT!!

I enjoyed my experience at NYPT. I have used their services twice now. The first was minor and the second major. The care and attention provided was exceptional both times. I left definitely in a better place and with tools to manage my recovery. I almost want to get injured again just to go back, but I'll try to keep myself together.

Very nice and professional. Amanda is a sweetheart and handled my case very professional and empathetic. I felt comfortable going even in a pandemic. It’s clean and they are continually wiping and sanitizing. I would highly recommend.

I've been attending physical therapy at this facility for over 4 weeks, 2 times a week. The facility is very nice and clean. The receptionist are very friendly and assist with making appointments. Evan and the rest of the staff provided personal and professional treatment for my needs. They did a thorough evaluation of my weaknesses and completely explained how they will work with me in making me heal from my surgeries. During the treatment and working with Evan, he had me work on those weaknesses, constantly made sure I was okay doing the exercises. From my first visit it has been a wonderful experience. Deandre at the front desk was welcoming and polite. I met the director of the facility, Raiyan, when he stopped by to see how I was doing. He continues to do that each time I arrive for my twice a week PT. The entire staff, including Chris, Colleen, Bhoomi and Pacino are welcoming, cheerful, pleasant attentive and most importantly caring. The facility is clean and each station is disinfected each time a patient leaves. This is a five star facility and I highly recommend it for your physical therapy.
