    This is what you get after waiting more than 50minutes on Uber order of just 2 burgers (the driver himself waited more than 30mnts at the store). A cold Crispy Chicken Deluxe with smelly buns where the entire bottle of chicken sauce was flipped over. All that could be tasted was chicken sauce in the burger. Let alone the scattered lettuce everywhere except the burger. I have ordered the same item before from them and these guys are getting better every time. So couldn't resist myself from reviewing this time. Certainly not the quality expected from a corporate store operated directly by McDonald's where franchisee stores are giving way more efficient service. If anyone from the head office are watching this please improve the quality of the staff in this store. Not a single time I have been able to get a properly made burger from this particular store. Even when I go to dine in, the staff seems to be struggling with every single order. I literally have to ask the staff directly about my order and stand right in front of the pickup counter so that my food would not be left right on the table for 10 mnts. Your food is not cheap, so please try to make the quality up to it. It is not much to expect a little care on the preparation and service after spending your hard-earned money on this. I am definitely not ordering from these guys anymore.

    I could count on one hand, the number of times I've received good customer service and/or a good meal at this McDonald's (ie.friendly & professional service with a smile // order is fresh, hot & well presented). There are countless times, however, where the service (I wouldn't even call it that 🙄...) has been non-existent(!!) and the food, absolutely disgusting! I've been overcharged, double -charged, been grunted at, had orders basically thrown at me from the drive-thru window (sadly I actually anticipate this behaviour from 1 particular older Asian-looking lady working nightshift(?)), been barked at through the speaker box, followed by more rudeness at the subsequent windows by the cold, unsmiling, staff who give you zero interaction, zero eye -contact and zero offer of even a simple 'thank you' .... just "Next window" 😟 I see another reviewer mentions the 'impressive, savvy, BManager' and her style of training her staff -- personally, I've only ever thought "obvs no care given to training staff" & wondered WHERE/WHY Management and/or Franchisee presence is not evident at this location 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ But if the above doesnt rate as frustrating enough.. to get home & open up your order to find this..... (see photos) 😒🤨 it's simply NOT OK Gateways McDonald's!!! PLEASE sort your sh*t out + invest in training your staff as this is absolutely unacceptable! I would be absolutely ashamed if I was the Franchisee or Manager of this store, honestly - where is your pride??!!

    This place is feral. How is this place allowed to function in such low standards of hygiene. (Watching a girl wipe dirty counters with a dirty cloth = dirt on dirt) And even worse, the slowness- 25 mins for a happy meal and a McFlurry in the quiet of night ? Love having dirt around me and the view of sludgy kitchen floors and team with uncomfortable scabby/ sores on their hands (with no gloves). Extra treats in this unhappy meal!

    This place is disgusting. Staff should be ashamed. Received half of my order and stood around waiting 25min for a latte, which I never received because I cancelled after waiting so long. Staff are helping themselves with milkshakes and frozen drinks, licking their fingers while working with the drinks and ice-creams. They dropped a milkshake on the floor and no one bothered to mop it up.

    seems like every time we order something here they forget at least a whole meal?? how does that happen every time??? went back to ask for our missing food and the manager could barely be bothered speaking to us and seems like they have to look after these types of issues all the time considering all he did was ask us what was missing from our order and put it in the till without talking to us again. shame this is the only option for maccas in the Success area, because if it wasn’t there honestly would be no business here considering how poorly it’s going. the attitude of the staff is also horrendous. in the 10 minutes we were there multiple staff members hollered at each other from the till to the drive thru? instead of, idk being like any other person with common sense and just walking over? it was like being in a classroom with a bunch of rowdy 15 year olds. if i wanted to go back to high school this place seems like a good spot to replicate those awful experiences. pic below is of our order. - whole burger missing - half filled large chips?? - all of this was shoved into a tiny bag with another chicken wrap

    Ordered medium burger meal.. got the order, went to grab burger from the bag and it was not put in properly. Only one bun and container came on hand.. and the quality of burger you can see... No it was not busy, i was the only person on drive through..

    The “manager” Lisa needs to learn some human decency. Absolutely 0 communication skills and straight out rude. Tried to tell her my problem and she was horrible I have NEVER experienced such nasty customer service. She proceeded to yell at me and tell me she doesn’t care about my order never arriving and then hung up after yelling and saying nasty comments about how she has other issues. I never got compensated for my order, she did not apologise once. It’s not hard to just say sorry and speak politely to your customers when YOU have messed up, and you call yourself a manager? Do better.

    you are incapable team. how as it is possible to be so asleep like this. An hour and a half for a single order? Everyone knows your restaurant is dirty if in addition in your kitchen It Donald macDonald the cook its really complicated for sure. it is an understanding that your rating is as so bad. one hour and half to never receive anything. ITS CRAZY YOU ARE A REALLY DUMB TEAM SORRY

    Ordered a large and medium size chips and this is how they filled it up! And they were cold at 11am! Disappointing! Said sweet and sour sauce and they gave us bbq!

    Absolute disappointment from this store. Your restaurant is continuously dirty and unhygienic, the wait time for food is ridiculous. Tonight alone we ordered online and waited over a hour for 3 happy meals even though the driver was at the restaurant ready to pick up. You continue to forget things in our orders which we pay for yet never received. Start double checking the bags before handing them over to drivers and customers because it's absolutely annoying that this is so often.

    My local MacDonald's store.... went thru drive thru on Saturday night and then tried again Monday ( tonight) , wanted to buy icecream. Both times get told icecream is not available the machine isn't working properly. Seriously put a sign up before drive thru. I was stuck in drive thru for around 20 mins Saturday night. Get a new icecream machine. I swear sometimes it's just because they are too lazy. This store is always filthy dirty if your brave enough to go inside. Some of the staff are rude. Had one cook laugh when I brought my incorrect order back one night. He was obviously responsible and thought it was a joke. Again went through the drive through and tonight get home to find an incomplete burger. No lid no sauce, no lettuce. Yes they were busy and understaffed but what happened to the rest of the burger?

    As you can see in the photo, there is no bun on my burger. I've waited 20 minutes for 2 sauces so everything was cold. On top of that, they gave me half of what I ordered. It's crazy I'm telling you

    Absolute garbage. Went here on Saturday morning 11.30am! Waited 20mins for our order when it finally came half of it was missing. We ended up getting a partial refund. So many young, uninterested and incompetent staff. I do not recommend at all. And yes I did feel very sorry for the poor manager, having to oversee the ridiculous staff.

    9 out of 10 times they will get my order wrong, forget an item, and leave out extras. It has happened so often and I never get a response back from customer care despite never getting the items/extras that I pay excess for. They’ve messed up my order more times than they’ve gotten it right. I’d recommend driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to the other McDonald’s with much better management.

    Two female employees were fighting while we were waiting for our Sundae. They then asked me what we were waiting on, didn’t read the order and gave me a poor excuse for a sundae. We told her that it was missing M&ms and extra sauce. She huffed and puffed and came back with M&ms on top, no extra sauce. We didn’t take it further, clearly the issue in the kitchen was more important than serving customers and providing them what that order.

    Waited 20 minutes for food 🍲 Legit there was a worker drinking a drink when everyone was working during the lunch time shift not to mention putting the drink in the same spot as the costumers drinks were. The managers were rude and the food presentation was terrible. Here is the photo of how my food came

    Worst McDonald's I have ever been to the service was crazy bad waited to be served eventually I had to ask to be served an double big mac meal with hot chocolate. The Bic Mac was cold and not the right one the chips weren't cooked properly and as for the hot chocolate well that was another story I advice anyone to never go there I certainly won't be. I was in a rush to get to the train station as I hadn't eaten but just throw it in the train station bin and I preferred to starve all the way home.

    Been away for a big fishing and family weekend, 4hr drive home we are super tierd and we pull off the freeway for dinner before the last leg home! Absolute let down from every aspect! Get to the speak hi, order when your ready, yeah no worries! Discussing with our daughter what she wants to eat, the girl slightly frustrated repeats her self, we reply we will when we ready. She repeats her self another 2 times and that whole process was no longer than 60seconds! We make our order didn't even ask for drink for 3rd meal! Get to the window where the guy was much more positive to find she hadn't even added our 3rd meal! Pay off to pick up window, dirty looks, some girl drank some of her coffee cup and water pop top, heard whinging about the weekend and team members snapping at each other! To top its off our chips were disgusting and burgers weren't much better! Put our meals back in the bag and will be getting dinner close to home! Very sad and unpleasant service! 💔

    Every time we purchase dinner the order is incorrect. Sometimes not even getting it right second time around. I can’t believe we are this unlucky so surely this happening regularly. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time at least 20 times since it opened. On one occasion when ordering a Caesar salad at the counter, got home to find the manager who served me had minused everything but the lettuce. So I got a box of lettuce with a spoon to eat it. Are we the only ones that this happens to? I’m typing this while my husband drives back to maccas Cockburn to get our order as we seemed to have got someone else’s. I only hope whoever got ours is enjoying it.

    After previous bad experiences with the quality of cockburn maccas I was reluctant to go there today, but decided to give it another shot for an afternoon coffee, alas my greatest fears were confirmed. In the drive-thru the workers sound like they didn't want to be alive, let alone working in a customer service role. I ordered an iced latte, I pulled around to the pickup window and I saw the lady walking over with the coffee and I can already tell this is going to be a mid-drive cleanup job, coffee was spilling over the edges down the side of the cup. When she hands me the coffee it has overflowed over the entire top of the lid. I scrambled to grab tissues to try and clean up the mess before poking in my straw, only for more coffee to spill out from the hole in the lid. I tried to take a sip to reduce the volume and as soon as I tasted it, that was the last straw. The coffee was burnt, bitter and watery. It tasted like the old coffee water from the bottom of a coffee machine, I'm not even sure there was milk in it. Safe to say I'm not going back, Sunday drive ruined. (Eliza King)

    Stopped by this MD on the way home for a family. Decided to go into store to pay rather than drive thru which was crazy busy. Family member was able to order at the counter rather than use the order machines. Wait was only about 5 minutes. Food wasn't hot hot but fresh and recently cooked. Burger was good. Service not to bad. Atmosphere inside was a bit hectic so we wouldn't sit in. Parking was right at the door. No hassles. Recommend.

    Every order is incorrect. Breakfast muffin's eggs always has egg shells in them. Tonight I ordered 4 meals and only got 2 fries. Nugget sauces were also missing. Too many inexperienced staff and too busy chatting with each other. Worst McD I have been to.

    When visiting McDonald’s for lunch today, we paid for our meals at the counter, which was manned by an unresponsive worker that just looked at us. We then continued to get our order which was missing the tomato sauce we paid for, as well as the onion and pickles in the cheeseburger.

    I put an order online today. Decided to collect from restaurant. When I went to the front door, it was closed. I went through the drive-through on the car. When I reached the counter, the staff asked me to wait at the parking because they were filling the ice machine and promised to bring the order to me. Waited there for around 20 minutes. Went through the drive-through again to get the food. ( ordered the food at 21.22 hours . Got the food at 22.05 hours.) I don't know what to comment!!!

    The staff here were very lovely, however I'm getting McDonald's less and less because I just know that there's always going to be something wrong with my order. This time I ordered a medium meal with a drink, chips and nuggets. I only got 5 of the 6 nuggets I was supposed to get. The chips were severely undercooked, and the sauce that I received was disgusting. I ordered the McChicken sauce I think it's called. I received a little container with sauce in it, barely enough for 3 nuggets and the sauce itself was yellow and hard, almost like it had been sitting for a day. Again, customer service is lovely, but there was something wrong with everything I ordered, except my drink.

    Reading from all of the other comments this McDonald’s should probably be shut down.. obviously it’s a major health and safety issue, I heard some of the staff are licking there fingers while helping them selves to whatever they want. They can’t do online orders either or are too lazy too as well as too lazy to answer the phone and when you call twice they just disconnect the line. We ordered 3 times from Uber eats and they took our money each time and then cancelled on us when they are obviously open but are too lazy… Not a good look and should probably have a health and safety check done pronto with no warning to catch them in there “naturally” filthy state

    There is never any adults to be seen anywhere in the store and it looks like and feels like it’s been run by teenagers. i feel bad because they probably get many customer complaints all the time but it is deserved as the place is literally being run by kids. There needs to be proper management in the place as orders take 20-30mins at a time when it’s a small meal (10 nuggets and fries) and multiple times when i have ordered in drive through i have been given the completely wrong order and been asked to wait and have been forgotten about (happened 3 times). The food is fine and maccas standard although it is cold most of the time because your order sits there for so long. i strongly recommend a change in management to improve the place as nobody could ever expect this place to run well with teenagers running it, the place just reeks of unprofessionalism at the moment. I do not recommend coming here to eat.
