Ordered roast pork banh mi. Told them no cucumber and there was cucumber. Also I think there was mince meat in there? Very strange. Soggy meat and roast pork, did not like the combination. Taste was okay but would not buy again.

The tastiest roast pork Banh Mi I've ever had. This place came as a recommendation from a fellow local, and I was not disappointed. The roast pork was crispy and juicy, with incredible flavour. The bread was crunchy on the outside and amazingly soft on the inside. Absolutely delicious! Will definately be visiting more often!

The best Banh mi I’ve ever had. I got the roast pork. And the pork was so crispy and juicy. The bread rolls were soft on the inside and crunchy and fresh. The slices of chilli was perfect for a little kick not over powering at all. We live pretty far away and I’m willing to make the trek just for a Bahn mi from this place. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!!

First time trying a bang mi. I had the roast pork and i just wanted to go back for more. The bread was fresh, perfect crunch yet light and fluffy inside. Incredible flavours

Amazing banh mi! The bread was unreal, perfect level of crunch on the outside and not chewy. Meatballs were really good. Perfection!

Absolutely delicious!!! I was only in town for a couple of days but had the roast pork banh mi twice anyway cos it was so good - the fillings were excellent and the bun had a beautiful crunchy crust, 10 out of 10

Great bahn mi! Roast pork is always great with nice crunchy rolls. Very friendly staff. Definitely up there with some of the top bahn mi places around Perth!

We got the combination, meatball, roast pork and grilled pork bahn mi to takeaway and we walked to the park/beach and had a picnic. My favourite was the meatball bahn mi. The Vietnamese iced coffee was nice and strong too.

A chicken Bahn Mi from here is my go to quick takeaway lunch option. The Rolls are delicious and are always so fresh! The Vietnamese iced coffee is also amazing and very strong! My husband and I get a roll from here at least once a week and they never disappoint. The staff are always very polite too which is a bonus.

I was eyeing this place since they opened and I wish I gave it a shot sooner. I ordered a roast pork roll and Vietnamese iced coffee. The bread is amazing, and the ingredients are fresh and flavourful. The iced coffee was nice - the coffee was brewed well, but for my personal taste I found there was too much condensed milk, so I’ll ask for less sugar/condensed milk next time. Overall, this is such a good lunch spot with great customer service, and being a small business, this place is extra special.

The most fresh and delicious banh mi! I arrived late (just before closing) and was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming arms! The food was delicious and so fresh!! I can’t recommend this place enough! 10/10, the food will not disappoint! I will defiantly be back! Thank you so much!

I had the crispy roast pork Banh Mi today, beautiful authentic taste which included pate’ and a warm crusty Vietnamese bread roll. Made quickly for $9 this is a good find!

Fresh and tasty - exceeded expectations. Wanted to grab something quick and popped in to get a roast pork roll. WOW iIt was super fresh and delicious and a wonderful combination of flavours. Will def be back for try more of this fantastic food
