This is my favourite place to get vietnamese chicken roll with HOT chilli and I have tried them at a lot of places. And ONLY $4!

So delicious! Heavy on the coriander and chilli which I love! At $4 this is such a bargain. It's smaller than the higher priced places but I find a big one too much for me anyway - this is perfect size and the price and flavour can't be beat

Ben Thanh is flawless in its food and quality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The serve the best BMT or Banh Mi Thit in Perth. As well as that, they also serve one of the best sugarcane juices in Perth, although there is slightly too much ice sometimes.

Cheapest bahn mi around, and you get what you pay for. Bread was average and buttered, and the protein was minimal - understandable for the price. Not quite to the standard of bahn mi you pay a few more dollars for, but you can't get this price anywhere else - so it's acceptable.

Very decent. More on the traditional side of Banh Mi's. They've got choice of pork, chicken and sardine

Really friendly staff. The pork bread roll was amazing and very good prices. My husband had to had 2! Haha... the sugar cane juice is a must too. Coming back again for sure!

I would give it 6 stars if I could! Amazing place, a hidden gem! We had a pork bahn mi and freshly rolled/pressed sugar cane juice. The juice was beyond good!! Highly recommend! Divine drink! The banh mi was full of vegetables which I loved because the flavour was quite strong.

The pork banh mi here is my all time favourite. Pretty much what you would expect getting a banh mi on the street in Vietnam. So simple yet so delicious.
