A
scenic,
serene
drive
with
ample
look-out
spots,
just
outside
Vegas!
While
the
Red
Rock
Canyon
Overlook
that
is
outside
the
park,
a
little
west
along
159,
is
still
beautiful,
it’s
nowhere
near
the
grandeur
of
the
one
way
scenic
drive
inside
the
park.
Walk-in
day
pass
might
be
tricky
sometimes,
we
were
turned
away
after
waiting
in
queue
for
about
20
mins,
however
when
we
exited
the
park
and
tried
reserving
online
(network
is
patchy
too)
it
worked!
There
were
passes
available
for
the
day
online,
glad
we
checked,
if
not
we
would
have
missed
out
on
so
many
picturesque
spots
along
their
scenic
drive.
Some
places
involve
small
hikes,
but
a
very
enjoyable
experience.
Majestic
colorful
views,
especially
on
a
sunny
day
with
blue
skies!!
Might
get
windy
at
times.
Definitely
worth
visiting
and
better
to
reserve
online
and
join
the
“Reservations”
queue
at
the
entrance.
