After ordering the ‘Warm Thai beef salad’ many times here.. was extremely disappointed to be served dry beef skewers on top of a bed of spinach with salad ingredients and fried vermicelli noodles on top.. nothing of this is a warm Thai beef salad. Took it to staff to ask why it’s different and was told this is how it’s served now and was refused a refund let alone a complimentary glass of wine etc. Won’t be returning

Fast, friendly and efficient staff. As soon as we were seated our drinks orders were made. Much more efficient than queuing at the bar. Food orders were taken with in minutes of all of our table arriving. Food was delicious. Tables ours and others around us were cleaned up within minutes of finishing. I can highly recommend a meal here.

The wife and I had lunch here on Saturday. The setting is your typical gastro-pub, with a good selection of meals from Nachos, steaks, fish and chips, to grilled items, as well as deserts. My wife ordered the fish and chips and salad, while ordered the Hamburger and chips. We also ordered the nachos to share. The nachos were great, my wife said they were the best she had for quiet a while, I agreed with her, even though I’m not really a fan, it was tasty and we both enjoyed them. My wife enjoyed the fish, she said it wasn’t oily and was extremely tasty. I ordered the burger to my liking, well done, with a fried egg. The burger was good, but not the best burger I ever had, nothing to right home about. The chips were just okay, not very crispy, but we’re fluffy in the middle, I had a few but didn’t finish either the burger or the chips. Our meal came to $85 dollars which included a carafe of lemon lime and bitters. The waitress did a great job of serving us and made sure we were happy and attended too while we were there. Overall a reasonable lunch, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. If your in the area give it a go.

My friends and I attended the Quarrie on Saturday night for dinner. It was a special occasion to celebrate my friends upcoming wedding. We had pre booked the table for 6:30pm and received email confirmation that we had the table to 10:30pm. When we arrived we were seated and since we had so much time, we took our time to order food and drinks. At about 8:30pm a waitress came over and told us we had to leave at 9pm or pay $10 each to watch a ABBA tribute show. At no time did we receive the text or email they supposedly sent advising us of this. After a bit of back at forth, they allowed us to finish our food and drinks, however at 9:15pm we were escorted out by security. 4 women, sober escorted out by security because we didn't want to pay $10 to watch a ABBA tribute band (who incidentally, were truly awful). So despite making a booking, despite not knowing the concert was on, despite still having drinks in front of us we were escorted out by security. Disgraceful service.

Great place to catch up with friends or colleagues. The food is well prepared and arrived on time. Nachos is definitely a must to try. The staff was polite; however, you have to wait a little to be served at the bar (it may be different based on how busy they're). The place becomes a little noisy sometimes, so if you're looking for a cozy place to hang out with your partner, you may need to consider the timing or a different place. All in all, this is the place I suggest going if you're from south of the river.

Great place for a quiet graze. Plenty of space to park and sit. Outside dining or just a quiet drink , or a bite there's plenty to choose from and the portions are big. Pork belly bite off the share menu are delicious as is the steak sandwich which comes with chips and made on Turkish bread. The staff are lively and efficient.

Stumbled upon here after exiting freeway to avoid the post long weekend bumper to bumper traffic. It's now going to be part of our return trip, I'll share why. It's not the relaxed, open friendly atmosphere. It's not having your order on your table all hot, juicy & delicious; with a smile, ladies plated before the gents in the time it takes you to take in the surroundings. It's not having responsible bar service only pouring a Schooner when the beer is 7.1%, which is caring for me, my family and every other road users. Nor is it engaging with the young ones in a fun manner ensuring they are wearing shoes because a glass broke nearby. No. It's because we felt like or custom was wanted, line the staff were pleased to have us there. And in my view, this simple thing can't be beaten. Oh, and they cook pineapple perfectly.

5 meals all terrible. 2 of those meals needed to be replaced because cold. 2 other were tiny and unsatisfying. 1 wasn’t eatable. To get a basic bowl of chip took 20mins and they were cold. Waste of time and money.

Waited an hour for our food to be delivered, only to find out it had not been processed at all and was lost. We then had to wait another 15 min for our meal to be cooked. What came was cold, thin and burnt like a hockey puck. Every mouthful tasted like ash. Asked for medium rare and got well done. We asked our server to redo our order because it was so cold and inedible. The second steak was slightly better, but no real apology or remedy to account for the time wasted and poor food quality. After an hour wait, I expected the food that came out to be done properly, or a complementary item given while we waited.

The Quarie Bar & Brasserie was great in every way for us ladies to enjoy a relaxing luncheon/catch up. The food was amazing, full credit to the chef and the staff for their great service. Parking was good also. We will be back as soon as possible

I have been coming here since it opened and used to rate this as my favourite local. Sadly, it has gone downhill in a big way. Tried it again yesterday. The food was bad and the service was poor. I tried the ribs. They were the smallest, lousiest ribs I have ever had. The coleslaw looked like it was 5 days old. It took ages to get served at the bar even though it was not busy. Other local pubs are a far better option at present.

Second time here after an average first time, but thought we would give it another go. One word, disappointing. Very uninterested staff (except the bloke with dark long hair), we felt like a burden, they have a cocktail menu and wouldn't make a cocktail (805pm), food was very average. The only positive I can give is the venue is pretty nice.

Really great service from the bar staff on the night, who allowed some strange changes to my daughters food at her request. We went for steak night, which was well priced. It was a good option for a cheap family night out.

Very good Bar especially for families and large groups. The specials for Thursday night are really good value we had pork ribs and they were delicious so to the parmigiana and nachos The kids meals were really good and well priced plus they had somewhere to play and burn up that extra energy The place has a really friendly atmosphere and the the staff are very good also quick efficient and friendly I would recommend this Bar to anyone who is looking for good value for money lots of room and quality food with reasonably priced drinks Cheers

Decor was very industrial little too industrial. Nice bar looks great. Service was good took a bit of time to clear our tables. Food was nice.

Good service friendly staff. Nice surrounds . And my rib eye steak with a large generous seving of crisy chips and salad with a tasty vinegret was absolutely mouth wateringly delicious. I highly recomend a feed here . I'm going back .

We ordered the fish n chips, steak and the classic burger. Burger was pretty good. We have dined here few times, food is usually pretty good and they do change their menu every now and then, they also have various daily specials. Honestly keep up the good work guys....but...honestly this time the steak was bit too salty didnt send back ciz wife was too hungry:-). Will dine again? Absolutely!

Tuesday night steak night was an absolute winner. Steak was cooked perfectly to order and we reach had a different sauce, both amazing. Thanks for the chilli salt on my side chips! (one of my absolute favourite things about the Quarie is the chili salt chips 🥰🤤).

I ordered the ribs, they were fairly tasty but the sauce had just been poured on top. They weren't based, they hadn't even been tossed. It's just pub food so I didn't have high standards, but you'd think ribs would at least be coated in sauce. Overall everything tasted good enough though!

Wife ordered a rump steak well done, son ordered medium well, I ordered the Thursday night special ribs. Wife and sons steaks was medium rare. 1 meal was refunded as it was too rare. Son was happy and the ribs were amazing for the price. One thing I could not get was all the No Smoking sign in the beer garden and yet a number of smokers were seen(unseen)by staff. Staff help was pretty good

Staff were very friendly and helpful however their food is less than desirable, burgers that came out were like kids portions for the price and wasn’t even real cheese it was like plastic cheese, chips were cold. Hubby and I had the tasting platter, chicken was dry and the arancini is good texture but no flavour. Very disappointing meal and won’t be returning.

Underwhelmed with what $31 gets you at The Quarie. I wouldn't mind of the missing portion of my meal was put on my Smartrider...

The staff were amazing and friendly but the food is not worth it. Had steak and fish. The steak was so small and the pepper sauce tastes cheap. Watched a hypnotist show and couldn’t even see the show after buying tickets

Gave this place a second chance after being served cold ribs more than a year ago thinking perhaps it was just a once off. Shouldn’t have bothered - no service when you arrive for service seated area, no waiter at all to take your order with the area surrounded by dirty/uncleared tables. You then order on the QR code on the table only to be charged an extra $2 “service fee” which is an absolute joke. Not to mention our meals both soggy. Never going back, go to another local.

4th July 2022 Went for dinner. Had the porterhouse steak medium rare with creamy garlic sauce and loaded chips. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce and chips were delicious. Had ice cream and brownie for dessert. The serve of ice cream was tiny and the brownie was very dry and hard to eat. The staff and customer service was amazing. If it wasn't for the poor dessert this would be five stars.

Food is fantastic and a great menu and specials. Pricing is very reasonable. The place itself has a really nice vibe and interior design, with plenty of seating options. The staff were also friendly and lovely to deal with

Went there for a few beers and lunch. Ordered 1st beer and loaded fries. Food was reasonably priced and came out somewhat quick but was cold and seemed like it had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. A friend said when they ordered a beer from the bar, they just had the money dropped on the counter instead of placing it in his hand and said they were quite rude. I ordered a 2nd beer on the app and after waiting 15 minutes, went inside to find my beer just sitting on the bar and they weren't terribly busy and when I asked for it saying I'd ordered 15 minutes ago, no apology. Everyone else said their food was pretty average. Will definitely not be going back there anytime soon.

Nice surroundings and a good menu, but you've nothing you haven't seen before. Ordered 4 meals and 4 entrees none were terrible, nor none were outstanding. Pricing is reasonable which matches the service. There is nothing bad to say about this venue, but nothing is outstanding either. Good family environment except for smoking area adjacent to the outside tables, not ideal. Whole experience was rather vanilla.

We had lunch on Saturday (3 adults and 2 children), and everyone was happy with their meals, reasonable prices, fantastic service even though they were super busy. I was very grateful to the gentleman that went out of his way to check with the chef for all the allergies one child at our table has. Although an hour from home, we will all be returning as often as possible.

we arrived as a party of 5 - we who booked had been on the road for nearly 2 weeks, and in need nutritionally of a good serve of red meat. We were unfamiliar with beef cheek, which our guest ordered, it arrived in large portion and beautifully presented - we had ordered the eye fillet at $50 each - they forgot our order! when I saw the kitchen closing, I called for assistance - they brought out pork cutlet, mostly fat and bone, only 1 thread of meat, swathed in gravy and veg so you couldn't see - at $100, I was thoroughly unimpressed.

There was a bit of a wait for the food and cocktails but worth it - amazing food, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Loved the relaxed lunchtime atmosphere here with our group last week. The service was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend the Quarie for a lunch date or bigger group get together. You can talk to each other easily, it's not too loud. Prices are typical of Perth pubs and in our group of 10 everyone was really happy with their meals.

I ordered, beef cheek. It was delicious. The service was terrible though! No one removes the used dishes from table. Other people at the table weren't happy with their food. One had cheese on fish and chips. At the bar I ordered a shot of whiskey with a separate coke. The lady asked me why you want such a thing. 🙃

Enjoyable meal, barramundi was fantastic and a huge serving of dessert. Itwas loud on a Friday night but that's expected.

good atmosphere There are seats both inside and outside. Suitable for chilling out, meeting friends and family.

It was ok.. potion was small, we had ordered the Thurs meal $10 for ribs plus extra $5 for chips and another $5 for salad plus it came to us COLD the lady doesn't know how to make mocktails. They are gross. And while making the drink, she sneezed all over the cups. I had to ask for a refund.. Good thing, tho it didn't take long. Food came out within 5 mins of ordering..
