Dangerous sub-par shopping complex, thieves and thugs roam the center and car park. Security are completely useless, just stand around chatting to each other. Place needs to be demolished...

I’ll be short and sweet. Phoenix has nothing special going for it these days. It feels as though the place is stuck in 1983. The food court is lacklustre and the whole centre just feels a little Jurassic. Big W is on the verge of collapse and there are a lot of vacant stores that just leave a sour taste in your mouth. 2 stars for the positives - EB Games, Big W and Woolworths.

Not a bad shopping centre, fairly old but large open spaces. Fairly small in comparison to other malls with a few good supermarkets, cafes, bottleshop and some specialty stores. Plenty of parking available both above and below ground as well as a few disabled bays.

Came here for a quick shop, parked at the entrance under cctv. Came out to a smashed passenger window with all my belongings taken. No security to be seen. Had to track down a cleaning lady to get a phone number. CCTV so poor police could not even identify licence plate of offenders vehicle. Would not recommend this shopping centre.

It feels like a bit of an overstatement to call this place a Shopping Centre but I guess it is. Farmer Jack's is a good supermarket and it's good to have an Australia Post there, but it's not exactly a hub for shop variety and the food options are pretty slim. The Japanese place is my preference. I don't know what Big W are like in general but this one blows.

Half the shops are empty. Disabled bays are quite small and parking area in general was small and cramped. It is an old shopping centre in desperate need of renovation.

I like this little shop, it has the "suburbia" feel. Not as big shopping complex but all necessities are included. Grocery shop, including fresh and local produce, chemist, post office, some eatery and fashion boutiques. The premises are clean and quite organised. Plenty of parking facilities too.

It's a small shopping centre. They have to major shops in the complex. There really not much in the shopping centre is your looking to buy clothes or look for a great shopping experience. Parking is fantastic!! With upper level in the sun or lower level. There heap of parking spots that have a heap of room making parking easier.

It's old. But, if you don't need much, it has all the basics. Woolies, Farmer Jacks (Great fresh seafood at their fish market), BigW and the usual assortment of small specialty shops.

Sunday trading- Millers,Rockmans,Spendless Shoes,Cafe closed. What was once a thriving Shopping Centre is an absolute embarrassment. If it wasn't for Farmer Jack's,Woolworths,Rejact Shop and Aldi this centre would not get the patronage it does. Management needs to OPEN their eyes and do someyhing about this VERY sad situation!!!!!

More than 20 years ago, I was living south of the river, I came to this shopping center a few times and had an impression it was a small shopping center. I came back yesterday and I couldn't recognize any part of it and that now it's more like a medium sized shopping center with the addition of ALDI just next to the parking areas. We have a great time looking for something, and we ended up in BigW buying some winter clothes and ALDI buying some fruits and veggies. It was a nice experience going back to somewhere I missed for quite some time.

Come for the day wish they would do something about the heating in winter cause some Saturdays it's freezing in the food court which has good food and coffee there could be more shops as the place needs updating and the cleaners keep the place clean.Im at the shopping centre 3 days out of the week so I have a pretty good idea of what's going on

Full of "lovely" indigenous shoppers who ate always paying with the Vatican currency "or COD. Unfortunately the security people are nowhere to be seen...if you like excitement and police action great place for shopping 😁😄😆😉. Seriously the choice of the retail outlets is very poor as lot of shops are permanently closed and FOR LEASE signs displayed or barricaded. Used to be a great shopping centre, currently it's a dump! Don't ho there if you can avoid it.

Great place to shop. Big 3, Woolworths, Big W and Farmer Jacks have the most friendly staff and all stores are very well clean and tidy.

Only dropped in for a fast coffee and to pick up a few things from big w. Had everything I needed but didn't have enough time to explore fully.

Pretty much everything you need, would be nice to have a bit more food court varierty, there's plenty of carpark space - would be great to see food trucks or something?

After confirming a family dinner booking I was told no booking existed. After providing my phone evidence my waiting family were seated.

I come here often now I have recently moved to go to the reject shop. Shop options are not to bad there is a Farmer Jacks which has replaced the Coles that used to be in here but there is a Woolworths and a Big W as well. Some clothing stores and other shops. I always get a park close to the entrance and sometimes drive to particular sides to access Aldi or Woolworths - depending on my needs. You won't miss the shopping centre as it's on the main road and easy to access. Recommend.

Good place, with most of the shops I need/like. The department store, Big W, is there, as well as its sister, Woolworths. Nice café, and not one but three "$2 shops" (someone's in trouble). Also has a serviceable food court. Good parking, too.

Don't ever lose anything there and try calling centre. The woman on the phone did not want to get out of chair and walk 50 metres to check the store I thought it was in. The stores phone went straight to msg bank. I would rate zero if I could

Small shopping centre. But decent variety of shops. The WA Farmers market is great. Good to know its WA owned. The muffin break there is great. Fantastic service.

Nice and open place, though can be very busy at times given how many shops are around, always seeming to have familiar faces around so a good place too shop with the family.

They have a great selection of necessary items at great prices. Love the party section. Mambo is a favourite of mine and they have a selection of Mambo products. Baby clothes are very pretty and resonable prices.

  • 4/5 Luke G. 2 years ago on Google
This place has a lot of parking options and some good shops that are often not to busy.

If you like to escape shopping centres that are extremely busy and difficult to get parking, then Phoenix shopping centre is your answer...still has the big Woolworths, Aldi and Farmer Jack's to give you a great selection of groceries and Big W for merchandise shopping... The food court is cosy with good choice of coffee as well as other munchies from Asian bean-marie food to sandwich shop. And lastly, McDonalds with a drive through is just at the back of the carpark if you are in a hurry...

Shopping centre is in desperate need of redevelopment, so much outdated unrepairable damage, iside and out. Almost every seat is taken by elderly ethnic men as this centre seems to be a huge hangout cards club The entire area including Rockingham Rd is full of empty rundown shops. Would love to see major redevelopment shopping centre from Hungry Jacks right through to council as big shopping centres get all the attention and money that you can spend all day at.

Looks deceivingly like a really big shopping centre from the outside, but it's not, which is really good. Got a few necessary shops that stay open later than others too.

I've been there twice recently and found it very pleasant. Not too large as I have walking difficulties sometimes. I went to Spec Savers and found the service there exceptional. I would have liked to have a proper look around but was pressed for time both times. The shopping centre isn't far away from where I live so I will definitely go there again. Top rating far as glasses go for anyone who needs new ones.

Love Phoenix Shopping Centre, I have been shopping there for 20yrs on and off and just love that they have assorted shops there, and now Farmer Jacks. Big W is great there as well as Woolies and dress shops for the ladies. Plenty of Cafe's too.

dissatisfied with quality of tables for sitting down. uneven table . coffee spilt.asked for cloth to clean it , response i got from one proprietor was somewhat uncaring considering i buy my coffee from him, no more purchases from that little corner food kiosk..
