I went for a lunch on Saturday late afternoon. Place was almost empty, waited for my food 40 minutes, to find that the order never been prepared (kitchen wasn't aware 🤷‍♀️). I was super hungry, asked to refund the money, bought nice lamb chops and cooked them @ home. Best lamb chops ever, check out the photo. Same happened couple weeks ago when I went to have some cake. The cake was conveniently taken out from fridge, set on a table behind counter for 40 minutes, until my coffee was cold👌

Food and coffee was heavenly. No wait times. Cafe looks beautiful and tidy, radiant atmosphere. Staff are all bubbly and polite. Management are fantastic! Flawlessly run, who ever runs this cafe should be proud of their team!!!!

Lovely place for a cup of coffee or enjoy an afternoon. Great view, great coffee. However, please expect long waiting time for your food after ordered.

Coming back from the beach on hot day, nothing's better than a cool comfy place to sit down having a yummy burger, fish&chips and strawberry arctic lemonade. The atmosphere and the layout of the space will make you feel at home. Very polite service from staff members. We stayed for 2 hours enjoying the time. Maybe the timing, I really love bow it has many people yet the place feels quiet. I really love the sofa chairs next to the windows, it feels luxurious and you know you can also have a relaxing me time.

Despite being located in a upper class district, Dome rarely provides friendly, efficient service. Added to that is the wait times regardless if you're the only customer. I can in good conscience support the poor reviews listed here

A few things you need to know: 1. Service is extremely slow. I’ve been there a few times and all the time a half busy cafe service was 40-60 mins even for a 5 mins food or ready to serve deserts. 2. Food quality was never a benchmark for DOME, but that one was below average franchise experience. 3. View and atmosphere could be 5, but they used to try limiting people of using 2nd floor with best view which is extremely disappointing and forcing me to avoid this place if I can.

We went to have a late lunch, 2.30 pm. They said the kitchen was open and ok to receive orders. My order took ages to be ready, got it after the rest of my friends finished theirs. Waitress not very friendly, made a mistake with my order and my salmon was over cooked. So, not very pleasant experience.

1.5 hour wait for food! Then it comes out horrible and cold. Coffee takes for ever to be served aswell to the point the whipped cream has completely disolved even if there is only 2 other people in the cafe! You can count on a 30 min + wait which we experienced a few days before christmas. This happens almost every single time we go to this dome! And tables are not regularly cleaned! This place needs more staff or some training as it just seems to be getting worse. I will not be returning after being let down time and time again and as much as I wish Dome could be here I'd rather see a new Cafe in the Dome premis given an opportunity to show our local community a much better service!

We called in for early coffee on way to Fremantle. Coffee was nice. Would be lovely spot on sunny day. Was very cool morning and they had ceiling fans on making it cold inside. Looks like facilities have been neglected. The whole place looks like it needs a clean to be honest.

Great spot by the ocean whilst enjoying brunch with your mates. Although the service can sometimes be a bit slow because of the high volume of customers, the food quality is great! I highly recommend trying the seafood basket with an iced mocha – it's a solid combo!

Was told there was a long wait time for food which was fine but when the chips arrived. Well the photo says it all. How anyone can think serving reheats as fresh is acceptable.

Service is slow. I got drink after I finish my brunch. Also, food is terrible. Salmon is not cooked well.(It’s fishy) And the fritter is soggy. I’m very disappointed about food and service.

Lovely space and staff, friendly clean Food ok my apple pie wasn’t warmed but everything else was good. Staff asking how everything was Upstairs was lovely nice spaces outside Views were lovely and toilets clean. Vegetarian options good Dairy alternatives ok Just so lovely to have a meetup

Ordered a shake instead of putting it on a glass they left it in the metal cup it where it was prepared. Pure laziness no presentation not worth my money and time

This is another favourite Dome of mine. I have moved and this is now the closest one to where I now live. It is peaceful and quiet firs thing in the morning. The music is more mainstream and not opera or similar vintage music like a few of the other Domes. The food is just as good as any, service is great and the girls are very polite and friendly. Depending where you sit you have a view of the boat marina and there is plenty of seating with this Dome hosting an upstairs seating arrangement and public bathrooms. Highly recommend.

I'm not totally sure if it's just me, but it appears as if the price of things has increased to coincide with inflation, and the size of the meals has decreased. I can recall having the same meal I ordered on this day at other Dome cafes and feel satisfied after completion. Not the case this time sadly.
