The food was so great that I forgot to take pictures, but I did get some of the ambiance. Our server was a young kid. Told me he had been serving since he was 14, started at an IHOP. He actually did his job and very well. It was refreshing. He was busy and he still did a great job.

Great atmosphere, thought I was in the north woods of Wisconsin. Close to mom's home cooking. Great portions and well prepared meals.

Dining experience was great with lovely servers. Food is was hot and tasted great. Any type of breakfast lunch or dinner that you’d crave, they serve. Great spot to eat as a family or with friends. Not too busy with speedy service. Orange juice is a must to try as well! Will dine here again and happy with the experience!

Been to black bear diner tons of times. Usually service is horrible but was pleasantly surprised this time. Only reason this wasn't five stars is it was so clean and sterile, that the heat of what I look for in a breakfast place just wasn't there. Pancakes ate still amazing though. Also had a patty melt. Make sure you order extra onions. Was a little over done, but still tasty.

Horrible service. Ordered online went to pick up when they said our food would be ready. Was greeted and asked what the name on the order was. I gave the name and was forgotten about for about 10 minutes standing at the front. Two others customers that had came to pay were waiting and complaining about the horrible service that night as well. When finally seen again the greeter totally forgot who I was and ran back and came back 5 minutes later with our food. When we got home we opened our meals and they were completely wrong I ordered a California burger and my Fiancee ordered a Bob's Big bear. The pictures are what we received literally just a patty cheese and avocado for my burger. This is the second time this place has been a disappointment. Will not be giving them anymore business. Also received no condiments, paper towels or utensils.

The first time in today & was seated quickly. Trina was my server, she was attentive and so nice, she thanked me for visiting. I felt really good about it and enjoyed my food. The cinnamon roll french toast was good, and they serve thick cut bacon. It was a good time, will definitely be back.

Family came to Vegas to say goodbye to our father, this was one of his favorite places to eat! Staff is awesome, food is awesome! Party of 11 and everything was perfect! Waiter was phenomenal! Wish they had a location in Ohio!

Been to a few Black Bear Diners in Cali and Arizona but this location feels like home. And we live close by lol. Always generous size servings on stuff we order. I just keep forgetting to do a review. I think this is our 4th time here ever since we moved back to Vegas. Super friendly staff, nice family atmosphere, and food always taste good each time. Will keep coming back for sure 😊

They have a large menu. All sorts of dishes. It's like a classic American diner with some cultural twist. The dessert counter is very honestly.

As soon as we walled into the restaurant, we were told that there would be a wait for a table. We looked around the restaurant, and it did not look that busy. There were open tables available. We were told 20 minutes. Two other parties came in after us and got seated right away. After over 45 minutes, we were seated. This was only after the manager came out to speak to us. There is a very big menu here. There is a lot to choose from. I got the fish fry with fries and steamed broccoli. There is an all you can eat fish fry on Fridays. My wife got the fried cod and shrimp combo and a salad. The salad was mediocre at best. The fish fry was decent, and the broccoli and fries were tasty. The pancakes there are very tasty. They have a sweetness to them, and it tastes like they are made with sweet cream. The service here needs some work, but the food is decent. We will probably not be frequenting this restaurant in the future.

Not the cheapest place to get breakfast, but you get what you pay for. The meals are still relatively affordable, and MAN do they taste good. Ive had their breakfast burrito, chicken fried steak and eggs, blackberry filled bear claw french toast, and now their st patties day breakfast special. Its literally the best hollandaise sauce ive ever had. Makes me wonder what went wrong every other time i ordered eggs hollandaise in my life. Corned beef hash is bursting with flavor. The freaking french toast is pretty next level too. I had to share it with some friends because it was so rich and filling. If you want good breakfast, go here, seriously.

Was looking for breakfast off the strip & bam came across a must try spot. Well worth the 15 min drive from the strip. Amazing staff and food was delicious. Very filling and great prices. Will definitely return for there pastries.

If you are looking for dinner food this is the spot here in vegas. I have only had a few things on there menu but it's all delicious. Eggs bacon Frenchtoast all delicious and worth the sit down or take out. There prices are at a good spot it's not too much of a hit to the wallet. All of there staff were very nice and seemed to work very well together. Can't wait to go back and try more.

Go and get breakfast at night; you can!!!

I had the steak and eggs with biscuit and a side of grits. I loved the red potatoes with peppers and onions and the grits were perfect. The steak was a simple 6 ounces that was prespiced. The waitress was very kind and accommodating. She even gave me a coffee to go. Sometimes the service is the best part and I would agree here, though the food was still good.

The food portions are quite large! But everything was delicious and fresh. The biscuits were super dry and I always wish the fruit bowl had less melon. Our server was great! It’s a themed restaurant, so it’s fun for families, but maybe a little odd for business. It was clean and had high chairs as well.

The best place off the strip for a large and affordable breakfast. Nothing fancy, but they have a huge breakfast menu and give the ability to order non breakfast foods in the AM. Plenty of choices. The service is always attentive and the food comes out quick. The ambiance is your average breakfast place. Lots of families and elderly people. I like it. Small conversations, the clanking of silverware and the smell of freshly brewed coffee are somewhat nostalgic to me.

Black bear diner is always where it’s at! A definite must visit for breakfast! You will definitely get your moneys worth in food! Food was soooo tasty and cooked to perfection. The servers here are always super sweet and quick with putting out food. Highly recommend coming here, always a local favorite.

I had chicken fried steak my boyfriend had turkey dinner and that was not good the waiter said something like it's not the normal turkey they usually use my boyfriend didn't have a good nite they however did make it right took off bill gave us free drinks and some coupons to come back and we will their gravy (turkey and white is very good)

1st time visiting. No wait, James was our server. He was very friendly and the staff worked as a team to provide an excellent experience. The food was fantastic. I ordered busquits and gravy. The biscuits were soon big that I thought they served me 4 not 2. Will definetly return. Lots of home cooking dishes I can't wait to try.

We absolutely love Black Bear Diner. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. The waitress we had was great. This is a diners destination...a must experience! We are regulars since our days in California.

Always consistent, friendly, and one of those places I go for my comfort meal. The tuna melt is my favorite! Crunchy on the outside and satisfying on the inside. Never greasy! A generous amount of tuna and cheese, yum! Service is always fast and friendly!

I was in town for a Spartan race and needed a good carb stack breakfast. BB is always my go to on a race weekend. I was worried that my simple order would take long as there were 2 huge tables sitting and it was very busy. Exactly the opposite, what I experienced was a manger ( Jeff) who quickly jumped in to expo his window and get orders out properly. It was clear that presentation and speed where what he excelled at with his team. The communication was pleasant to witness. The 5 man kitchen was jamming with great energy and they put over 40 plates out in ease over a few minutes. You can tell the attention to detail here isn't overlooked. My breakfast time didn't lag once . My waitress Trina was extremely busy , but she took the time to make my experience personal and we chatted about other BB locations we've visited. As a previous worker to the industry I was extremely impressed by this location. Clean.. friendly & excellent customer service.

We eat breakfast here at least once a month. The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. If you like "country" cooking this is your place to go. The food is very flavorful. Their orange juice tastes like eating a fresh orange. Our favorite server is Cristian we always request his section. He is attentive and friendly and will go above and beyond to fill your needs. The food is like the other locations, tastes good and at a very reasonable price. We really love the atmosphere here and that is why we keep coming back. The employees are always nice and welcoming. Tonight was our first time here and the food was pretty good, generous portions, and decently priced. I really liked the corn bread, moist and delicious. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the dining experience so much at Black Bear Diner there in Henderson, NV, we looked up to see if we have one in the area where we live and... YES, there is one in Federal Way, WA. So we will surely be going there for breakfast.

I love the hot sausage that this diner serves. Perks up your taste buds in the morning. Paired with hash browns and eggs, you will be stuffed. The sweet cream pancake is as big as the plate. I have never been able to eat the whole thing. Notice the giant juicer near the rear. Best fresh squeezed juice in Vegas. Staff is friendly, helpful and service is fast. Great place for a family meal. My grandchild loves the (huge) kids burger and fries which also comes with ice cream for dessert.

Been coming here for a while and it's a great place to eat, good food,cheaper than most and big servings but I am a bit disappointed in the the afternoon employee's. They need to work better on their customer service. As well as their to go orders, especially around these times when you don't always have the opportunity to dine in, they can be handled a lot better.

I ordered breakfast. They got my eggs wrong and gave me bacon instead of sausage. How hard is breakfast really? My knife was dirty and the server only came by once. I don't plan on going back.

Food was just ok. Service was non existent. We had to ask for everything from water, silverware, warm food, menu and the check. They got our order wrong twice which was super easy. They had 4 other customers in there so it wasn't busy. Seems like the evening crew just don't care. Servers playing games on their phones at the tables. This happened a few months ago to. Thought we would try again and hope they improved. They didn't. Spend your money elsewhere.
