Brodie came today to check on what Water Corp App had diagnosed as a leak. He was so professional and friendly and after pressure testing my water supply, told me there wasn't a leak and the problem was related to my reticulation. My system is very old and needs maintenance and some of the sprinklers need replacing. Brodie was really genuine and personable and gave me the right advice instead of doing additional, unnecessary testing so he could charge more money. I highly recommend Hilton and Brodie in particular. They are an ethical company and he is knowledgeable and helpful. As a single, older woman, I've had some negative experiences with tradespeople trying to convince me to pay for goods and services I didn't need. I had read some of the reviews on the website before ringing Hilton and I can honestly say after meeting Brodie that I agree with all the 5 star ratings and good reviews. I won't hesitate to use them again if I have need for a plumber. They have a well deserved, excellent reputation and don't need to use high priced TV advertising (which no doubt is paid for by the customer in the end) to attract customers. I'm sure they get their work through reviews and word of mouth and I'm very happy to give them 5 stars. Thanks Brodie. We just had our old hot water system replaced today with a Rheem Stellar, and the whole process from start to finish was brilliant. We weren't sure what we needed, so Hilton did a site inspection and gave us some great advice about replacing old valves etc. The office staff were prompt and efficient in booking us in, and then today Khalid came around and did the install. He was very thorough and professional, put up with all my questions, thoroughly cleaned up when everything was done and walked me through the ongoing maintenance requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hilton to anyone looking to replace their HWS - and the bonus: their price was actually very competitive! Our upstairs showers now run significantly hotter with better pressure... I can't recommend Hilton highly enough, and their brilliant young install plumber Khalid - thanks so much!

I have now used Hilton Plumbing twice in the last year. The first time was to clear my main sewage line, and again, just recently, to replace my gas hot water heater. Both times they have arrived promptly, and we're friendly and courteous. They have a range of payment options which suited us in a time of need. I will definitely use them again the next time I have a plumbing emergency.

Brody from Hilton was a genuine person that conducted the gas check in a timely manner and professionally, and additionally informed us on how our gas and hot water system worked so we know what to look for with certain issues in the future. He was considerate and really thoughtful as to our needs for plumbing and gas. Ask for Brody if you call Hilton! The booking process was super efficient from Hilton, got a response with no hold time on the phone and booked within the week where other gas places I called had a 3 week wait.

Dan was great! As he came in, he was very clear about what he was going to do, how long it was going to take, and also explained what machinery/equipment he was bringing into our house. He placed the machinery carefully ensuring the wooden floor wasn’t scratched. He was very friendly with our puppy! In the end he explained the reason for the blockage in the drain and advised on how to avoid it in the future. Our experience was great and we definitely recommend Dan and Hilton Plumbing.

Josh did a great job hooking up our outdoor kitchen with gas and water as well as connecting the water waste pipe to the drain under our deck. He definitely knows his stuff and I would recommend Hilton Plumbing to anyone needing a gas certified plumber for this sort of job. Thank you!

Hilton Plumbing were fantastic. Called them around 11.30am as my hot water system had water gushing out of it. After sending an email enquiry on a Saturday I had received a call from Hilton at 8am Monday morning. A plumber was organised to come out between 9-11am that day. Daniel called when he was 10mins from arriving and he was so friendly and professional. Keeping me updated on what he was doing and any relevant costs and showing me the problem (and how he had fixed it) which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Hilton plumbing and gas replaced my Solar (with electric booster) HWS. Despite both in the house being shift workers they were able to complete the job within a few days of the initial enquiry. Professional job by the team and left the property very clean and tidy. I would use again and have no problem recommending Khalid or the rest of the guys who attended.

Contacted Hilton Plumbing to have a hot water system replaced after seeing their prices online. Can’t fault their service. Was given a price over the phone that included new valves and pipes and was all booked for installation within a few minutes. We have used Hilton before for electrical work and decided to go with them for plumbing too. They came out a few months ago on a weekend for an emergency drain unblocking, then when it happened again a few months later they came and inspected the drain with the camera, unblocked it and made a time to repair the blocked pipe. Cost and expected outcome was clearly advised and was transparent the whole time. Daniel was friendly and explained things well, worked efficiently and cleaned up any mess after too. Very happy with the job and service, thankyou Hilton for being reliable every time we have had you out so far!
