Absolutely loved the place. Beautifully decorated with antiques and has a great atmosphere. The seating arrangements are gorgeous. The staffs and waiters are friendly and will help you out in every way. The food is great. Prices are reasonable.

The food was delicious! The waitress was attentive.good atmosphere except it was a little chilly. I recommend the cheesy bacon ranch chicken and the cheesecake stuffed pancakes!!

The food was delicious. Our server was also very friendly, her name was Misty. A person sitting near to us had an incident, and our server, who was standing nearby at the moment, immediately helped. Anyway, the atmosphere was nice, and our meal was great.

Ordering Curbside or Take-out? Hope you didn't want your order! Apparently these people share a braincell with the entire staff. How do you manage to forget items in an order TWICE?? Are you kidding me? Please for the love of God just get better staff. We will not be back here, and I suggest if you want to eat here with ALL your food, just go inside. Staff is rude according to other reviewers though, so maybe just don't go at all. Try another location.

Food was wonderful and our waiter was very nice. I had the maple bacon chicken! Delicious !! Plus the store had candy I havent seen since I was a kid

Was looking for the place to drop in with three generations of family and this was the spot. Not too busy at 7:00 on New Years Eve to get great service and a short wait time. Looking for something different I ordered the trout and was well please. And from the pics you can see we went the round of burgers, breakfast and hot chocolate. Very happy, will be here again and will ask if Kathryn is available.

What has happened here? Seems like portions have been cut down again. This is disappointing for a restaurant that had a chance of staying a people’s favorite. Instead it shows they care more about the bottom dollar. I think Cracker Barrel is on it’s way out. Management requested more details. The size of the biscuits were about 1/2 the size they normally have been. Love Chicken and dumplings. It has now become a bowl of dumpling, wit a few very small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Service is great. There is nothing they can do regarding the portion or new servings.

It started off horrible we waited 20 minutes before we could even be noticed but one waitress went out over way to serve us she was serving on the other side of the restaurant she brought us hot fresh biscuits while we waited for our food and our food was the reason why we go to Cracker Barrel when it's good it's great but nowadays it's hard to get a good meal but our waitress hustled what a difference when you get a server that cares about the customers needs, sorry no photos of meal I was starving

We were a party of nine...our servers Lucia and Melody were fabulous...at our tables immediately; both ladies were friendly and on top of our orders.. give them 10 ⭐️ea. Our complaint was, we were divided up between 3 tables.... that were not pulled together...we only saw the backside of some party members. The store part is very small and jamed a little tight.

We got there and was seated within 10 minutes. The waitress took out drink orders and then brought us our drinks. ( So far so good ) Then she came back and took our food order. After taking our food order it took an hour for us to get our food. I don't know the problem. Maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen, I don't know. But you would think that they would have warned us that it was going to take some time. Other than that it was ok.

I had pretty much given up on Cracker Barrel since the pandemic. No matter which one I went to, it was the same poor service and low quality food. Not today! My server Janelle was excellent, the meal was amazing, and I'm very happy I was able to enjoy Cracker Barrel like I used to!

Couple of disappointments- hostess sat us at a visibly filthy table, first off. Crumbs and water all over the table; I'm assuming she didn't look down when she THREW the menus on the table... She walked away so fast so we just sat ourselves at a different table. Then we felt a bit rushed to order but our waitress took her time to bring us anything. We asked for water, my boyfriend leaves to use the restroom, comes back and still no water. About 15 mins later we finally got our water... so we figured this may be how it goes for our food, too. Sure enough, took close to an hour before we got our food. There were only 4 other small tables so I'm not sure what the deal was. Food was okay but definitely not worth the time we wasted and our hard earned money.
