Arrived at 8pm and was refused service because they were "closed" even though we were inside because the doors were unlocked. Because they were open. They just don't feel like working. Get better employees at this location please. They're always an issue at this location

I ordered a chicken sandwich. I tried to eat this but I couldn't. The food was just a crumbly mess. You never know what the quality of the food is going to be when you go there. Sometimes it's pretty good sometimes it is inedible. They really need to tighten up quality control because they will just hand you anything thought the drive thru window

I am sharing for 1 reason! I believe in giving credit where it is due! I had an issue recently. No need to go into detail. I was quickly called and texted by a manager named Connie who is a sweetheart and was so apologetic. She cares about her job and employees and her customers! She was so sweet and I wanted to hug her thru the phone!! I had an issue before a couple times and just decided I needed to speak up! Not to bash or get anyone fired but I knew that most visits I had good experiences! I am so appreciative of the manner and kindness in which it was addressed! We need more understanding in customer service you never know what is going on in lives of customer or employees!

Food was substandard they forgot the coleslaw and gravy for the mashed potatoes. And after eating the chicken that found a few pieces that was raw in the middle and bleeding. My husband is sick with upset stomach and diarrhea. Totally unhealthy to serve half done chicken. We spent over $50 on this and we deserve a refund.

Was just told it would be 20 minutes to wait for chicken tenders!! Whoever needs to see this at Bojangles corporate, they're ruining your reputation and costing you money. The lazy people that "work" there are more worried about being tiktok stars than actually being contributing member of society. Avoid this place at all costs and may God have mercy on their families because they raised terrible people

I went to the drive-through at 3 PM on a Friday and they said I’m sorry I’m not taking orders right now and then I asked are you guys closed and they didn’t answer so I just drove off. Very unprofessional and very weird.

Convenient location. They give big portions of food. However, I went today (8/7/24), and the food had a slight soapy taste. My stomach is slightly upset right now as well.

Only thing I was asking what the cashier recommended seeing how I had never been there before, I'm not from around here and they don't have a Bojangles where I live, and the cashier wouldn't answer or even give me an opinion on what she liked. Other than that it was a good and friendly environment. Positive atmosphere and fresh to order.
