    Was expecting a package I had no idea I needed to sign for. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday, but it came Friday instead. I was home when it was "attempted to be delivered" but was unaware as no one ever knocked. So I went to pick it up today (Saturday) and saw they were open until 5. I went at 2:15 and saw a parking lot full of cars. I rang the bell 3 times and waited for awhile. No one came. I tried calling and no one answered. I could actually hear the phone ringing inside. What's the issue?! I never write reviews, especially bad reviews but this is totally ridiculous and insanely inconvenient as it says it needs an adult signature and they will not redeliver. Might I add it's just a package with clothes I ordered!

    Horrible service, they refuse to deliver my package. It was a large dog crate, they said that the mail box was full. That package would not fit in the mailbox the driver was just lazy and didn’t want to come walk it to my front door. I tried to get a redelivery and it said it was confirmed but still not package. Nobody answers the phone. This place is awful. They also lost a package I was mailing to a friend over Christmas. I wouldn’t be surprised if the carriers are stealing them. If I can help it I am never sending another package through them.

    I have had two parcels that they refused to deliver to my front door. They have an arbitrary rule in place where they will not go up three flights of stairs. They'll go up two flights, but not three flights. That's the threshold, apparently. For the first package (an exercise bike), I scheduled a redelivery through the channels provided on the pink slip they left when they refused to do their job. I made sure to include specific instructions in case they got lost, and even offered to help them carry it up the stairs when they arrived, as I would be home when they came by. The request for the redelivery went through, everything seemed peachy. The date came and went, no package. Turns out, the guy came all the way out to where I live, WITH THE PACKAGE IN TOW, just to ignore everything said on the instructions and leave the same pink slip in my mailbox yet again, with the messages "too big to fit in mailbox" and "must pick up". Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I called up the Annex, and after a few attempts of having it ring off the hook for minutes at a time (over the course of a day, mind you; first call was around 11 and the second was at like 2), someone finally picked up. I told the lady on the phone about the issue, and the redelivery request being accepted despite them never intending to deliver it in the first place, and she was immediately dismissive and rude. I don't just mean she was a bit short with me, or she didn't seem super eager to help, I mean she was indignant and confrontational. When I went to pick up the package at the Annex, the parking was horrendous. Completely packed, barely could find a space, almost no spaces to begin with really. There seemed to be no employee parking area, and if there was, they sure as hell weren't using it. It was hard enough setting aside the proper time for this, since their hours are a massive inconvenience for anyone who works a normal 9-5 job, but I wouldn't have even been able to pick up my package if there wasn't just one more space available. Of course, upon going inside and ringing the bell to be seen, I had to wait for a good 10 minutes before talking to anyone. The lady who helped me was also rude, although not nearly as much as the one over the phone. The second package is one that I'm still trying to retrieve, suffering the same exact problems as I just mentioned. I have never seen customer service so abysmal from any business ever, let alone one as important as a mail carrier. Horrendous, the only way I'd give them 5 stars is if it were on a scale of 100.

    Was home all day... Tracking said out for delivery. Later received notice “Attempted delivery but unable to deliver package”.. “Package available for pickup at the facility”. This is about the 4 th time this has happened. This is an 8 lb package. Of course, when it rains, we don’t get mail either and revive a notice that states “driveway too wet”.

    You HAVE to come here to pick up large packages. No one answers the door. I tried calling and the phone gives a busy signal. What phone has a busy signal these days? Finally got someone to come by pounding on the door. They claimed not to be able to hear the bell which you can clearly hear even from outside.

    This usps facility is awful. It began with parking. Since every space was occupied I went around back to park where I was instructed by a worker to get back in my car and find a place in front. I found USPS workers walking to their cars in the front thus the reason there were no spaces for customers. Next came no answer to the window service until well after 10:30 even though the sign says open at 10:00. Our usual mail carrier was on vacation so that must be the reason for getting no mail. I found our mail in mailbox for an unoccupied house next door and amazingly found mail postmarked January- august. Apparently our carrier takes a lot of vacations. If usps wants to upgrade their trucks I suggest they start upgrades by hiring competent workers.

    I wish I could give zero stars. I have been lied to by the guy who answers the door on a couple occasions, I guess lying is easier than doing your job. If this happens to you, ask for the supervisor, you’ll get a completely different response. Won’t government run single payer health care be great!

    I only gave one star because 0 isn't an option. If I ever get a package that doesn't fit in my mail box, they WILL not drop it at my house... but darn they sure love to use my driveway as a turn around. Dear usps, if you cannot deliver a package please stop accepting acting like you do. It happens every time, then don't get me started on the attitude and poor handling of your package done at the annex. I don't complain but this is one place I hate.....

    Extremely rude! I have called over the last week about the most important piece of mail in my life and always ask them how their day is and talk in a very kind and polite tone using please and thank you (something they need to learn to use) and the lady who always picks up is rude. She has hung up the phone on me, left me on hold every time I call for almost half an hour and when I finally hang up and call right back she either already knew the answer and just deliberately left me on hold or would be too lazy and just say ask somebody else, she has no way of giving me any address or phone information of any other post office buildings which in my area are impossible to find online on google, she will hang up the phone and leave it off the hook so that I cannot call back, she talks in a very rude and demeaning manner. If I don’t receive this piece of mail in the next 2 days my life will be ruined and all she seems to want to do is be rude. I don’t want her there working anymore. Someone else with actual people skills needs to be the one answering the phone and they actually need to do some work too. I pay this lady’s salary through my tax money and I have the biggest business in town so I know that the biggest chunk was paid by me. Even tho I keep this lady and her family alive and under a roof she still thinks it’s ok to neglect her job and destroy my life. I want something done! I am so mad! I want to hear directly from someone in charge. The US mail is one of the most important jobs of this country. Someone needs to remind this lady how important her job really is and how someone with that attitude is replaceable. If I don’t get that mail this week I’m screwed!!!!!!!

    I want to know what happens to my birthday cards that shows it was scanned the morning it was to be delivered and then all the mail shows up EXCEPT my birthday cards! When this stuff is scanned It shows me a picture of each item so I can physically see what is coming that day. Makes me think that someone is stashing them hoping for cash to be in the cards because I don’t know any other reason than that! I’m disgusted even at the thought. These are the people we trust to handle our mail and have it delivered in a timely manner. Also our mail carrier had us move our mailbox twice because he can’t drive and then proceeds to trash our property and bushes by driving on our grass and leaving huge trenches from his vehicle and drives right into our bushes and killed them as well. As a customer I feel like I can’t say anything to this lunatic because then my other mail will start disappearing . What is our world coming to when we start becoming to be afraid of our mail people??? I’m just devastated and disgusted!!!

    this is the most useless pathetic place to get deliveries from every time i order some thing they say they attempted to deliver the package when i spent the whole day at the house waiting but nothing arrived the drivers are too LAZY to attempt to find the house that they are to deliver to i wish Amazon would stop using these services and use UPS instead!!

    They continue to lose packages after delivery to incorrect address. Postmaster unresponsive to claim submitted and follow-up email. There needs to be a postal investigator to oversee the activities at this location.no one answered the phone ever, just rings and rings, told me to go to someone's residence to retrieve my package, they would not go back,really, also was given a print out at my mt home post office, annex said, should not have giving you that and was keeping the print out,it hours they said. so take pics so you can retain your info. Never call back

    Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Unfortunately amazon and the post office have been unable to deliver my package, and I’m going on it being 5 days late. Amazon directed me to this post office annex, regrettably. Of course, like most people, I had a tone in my voice from annoyance about this situation, but the woman I spoke to made that worse. Cutting me off while I’m explaining, projecting fault onto me and not them, with her unwillingness to sit and listen to what’s happened so we can figure it out. She continued repeating herself as if I couldn’t understand, until I finally told her to stop and just figure it out. I was placed on hold, and then immediately after she picked the line back up and hung up on me! I called back and it must have rung 20 times. I called back again and after about 4 rings the “supervisor “ answered and gave me the same attitude, the same disrespect, cutting me off while I’m speaking, projecting fault onto me, blah blah blah. I’m not sure who’s in charge, but you should be embarrassed your employees are treating customers this way

    Horrible Service! No one answers the doorbell for a long time and if they do no one greets you with a smile. There’s always a frown on every employee there and they behave as though they are doing you a favor! They never deliver packages at home, we have to pick up our packages from various places in the complex! If your package requires a sign, Boone bothers to knock at the door and they take the package back so that we are well informed that “we are not here to provide you a good customer service people, if you want your package, come and get it” THE WORST USPS service I’ve ever come across!

    Rang the bell at this annex for 30 minutes to pick up a package. Sign says they open at 11 am or it could have been 10 am, and still at 11:30 no one came to the door. when they finally did come, the lady gave me a DIRTY look and was extremely, rude, rude, rude. They don't want to work anymore and if they are suppose to do their job, they are angry. USPS is awful

    Haven't received a single piece of mail in 3 weeks. Been waiting for an important letter that was mailed May 17th and never received. It's pretty unbelievable that we haven't received even junk mail in that amount of time. We were told that the carrier in this area is horrible and now I've seen it for myself. Where is our mail?!

    Today, Thursday Oct 28th, a rural carrier wrapped my leaking package in a grey plastic bag and put it in a locker at my my apartments. The bottom of the box is totally soaked thru. WHY WAS IT NOT RETURNED AS DAMAGED? I'll be bringing it by the annex tomorrow and I don't want to hear, "sorry it's been delivered, we can't do anything." You will get it returned because it shouldn't have been delivered.

    Don’t waste your time. The lady working the desk was rude, wouldn’t let me explain anything, and had no idea what was going on. She rushed me out without offering any help. I was initially told the postal carrier for my location wasn’t back for the day, then I was told he already came back and returned my items to the sender. Useless.

    Terrible experience. Denied package being there when tracking info confirms it has been for 3 weeks. Wouldn't go look in real time, failed to call back when promised they would and the phone line is currently disconnected. Awful a company like this can stay in business.

    Literally there has been three times they have refused to deliver to my place. I'm sitting at home in my living room waiting then I got an email say attempt at delivery made and check for the notice. But there was no notice to be found and if they had pulled in the driveway in the first place then the dogs would have started barking, plus it was clear people were at home so I'm pretty sure they didn't even come down to the house in the first place. They need to do a better job of not hiring brain dead morons

    Live on Big Pine Road in Hendersonville. The mail gets delivered about twice a week. This post office is awful. Called the Lakewood post master and she shoud get a delivery truck so that she could see what's going on.

    I put mail in the big blue mail box on Sunday May 9/21. The box did say mail would be picked up Monday at 5 pm. One was going to Atalanta Ga. One was going to o8Raleigh, Nc, the other going to Knoxville Tn. Here it is one week later and NONE have arrived to their destination. I've called twice, first time I was told mail now goes to Greensboro Nc instead of Greenville Sc and it might add a day or two. Called again today to see if they actually check the boxes outside. Was told of course we do we can't close until we check them. My opinion is snail mail would be faster.

    We have had multiple packages that the mailman refuses to go up our driveway and it is well within the limit to deliver to the house. I don't know if they are just lazy or what but it is very old.

    I received a notice that they couldn't deliver my package as my box was full. I knew the package was too large for the box so made sure we were home for delivery. The attempt was NEVER made....as I can see my mailbox from my front porch.... There was a note in my my box stating I MUST pick up! Seriously? They don't even wanna do their job now?

    We keep getting missed deliveries even when I’m home majority of the time. They keep giving us other people’s mail. Haven’t picked up the mail addressed to someone that live in SC. When I complained in person the lady told me I’m not the only one. Like maybe manage your facility better.

    Wow I thought I was the only person this facility has no clue how to get a package to but then I just read NUMEROUS reviews stating the same thing. If nothing else this place is consistent, consistently BAD. One day I can get a package delivered to my house, the next I can't, absolutely no rhyme or reason to when or if I will get my packages and unfortunately most online retailers don't give you an option as to who they will use to ship your purchase because if they did I would NEVER use the Post Office. If Louis DeJoy wanted to destroy the postal service he's done an amazing job.

    Consistently will not deliver to my house- all other delivery services do. Consistently I get notice that “delivery attempted”- which is a lie- I am home- I see all delivery trucks. This is the worst post office.

    USPS is so incompetent. They always send someone who has no idea where to deliver packages and mark the deliveries as "unsuccessful" then want us to come pick them up. Today they gave me a run around and wouldn't release my parcel to me. Do better.

    ""Attempted delivery" notice twice for unidentified package. Could not locate item on repeated visits to office. Finally told I was out of luck, have to report as lost. I didn't even know what it was. Never got response.

    They misplaced my Express Mail envelope with my passport. Had to make 2 trips to track it down plus another trip to the other Post office to receive my refund. Took over two weeks to get my Express Mail that sat in the post office.

    Mostly dependable but too many mis-delivered or non- delivered on time even when tracking shows in the PO @ 5am: maddening; neither will they answer the phone! Why not? Not even at 1:30 pm when I know they are open!

    I was supposed to receive a letter that needed signing.....they didn't knock or honk....I never got the letter here. Called sender told them to send to my son in Florida and he sent it directly to me. Actually poor attitude seems common in Henderson county..

    Received notification that package arrived 7/7 via tracking But no package in mailbox or my front door Left notice dated 7/6 to pick up certified mail package or it will be returned by 7/15 (certified mail must be claimed within 15 days per notice) These USPS guys don't know basic math?

    We’ve had packages delivered to our mountain home up a steep driveway by UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. Who’s the only carrier too lazy to attempt to deliver? The almighty US Postal Service. The organization is bankrupt, obsolete, and basically useless. Who else is ready for all-privatized mail?

    I recently had a change of address. Filled out the forms and moved in. Every time I order something it gets returned to sender because my home is "vacant". I live here. There are vehicles. I turned in a change of address. But still I must get a refund minus shipping or pay shipping again. Completely unacceptable. I've never been so disappointed.

    First of all it should be said that, in general, I hate USPS customer service. The corporate USPS has the absolute worst customer service of any shipper I have ever had to deal with (and none of them are very good). However, when I called this location regarding a package that had gone there, someone picked up within the first two rings, they were courteous and they took the time to actually find out what happened to my shipment and explain what needed to be done from there. This is the first pleasant experience I've had with trying to track anything with USPS.
