    Next Level Fitness is a fantastic place. It is welcoming and accessible for folks at any fitness level. The gym feels spacious and well-organized, and it seems to have every kind of equipment imaginable. The whole place is clean and well maintained, and the locker rooms are always stocked with fresh towels. Everyone here is friendly and seems excited to be doing the work. I've been working with David Harvick for several months and feel better, and feel better about myself, than I have in years. I'm lifting more than I ever have, and feeling great about the progress I'm making. He is professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at keeping the workouts new and exciting while always challenging me. And because he knows his stuff so well and is always paying attention, I feel confident to push myself way beyond what I would ever do on my own. I could not recommend this place highly enough.

    Next Level Fitness is the place to be! I have been working out here for the last 4 years with Steven and can't say enough about the gym. There is a variety of equipment and it is always clean. If you have to run to work after, the bathroom/showers are an added perk. Steven is hands down the best personal trainer I have ever used. Very knowledgeable about not only exercises but also mobility and mechanics. He really breaks it down before throwing you into something you might not be ready for.

    I've been training at this gym for a while now, and I gotta say, it's the real deal. The trainers here are absolute badasses who know their stuff inside and out. They'll push you to your limits and beyond, but they'll also make sure you have a damn good time doing it. The trainers aren’t all physical therapists, but they know how to work on areas where you are weakest and keep your sensitive or injured areas protected. I’ve never learned so much about my muscles and body in general. Importantly, the vibe of the gym is just awesome. You're surrounded by other people who are serious about getting fit and crushing their goals, and it's insanely motivating. No one is too “gym-crazy” though, so it felt very approachable. All in all, I can't recommend NextLevel Fitness enough. If you're ready to kick your workouts up a notch and become a total badass, then this is the gym for you. See you there!

    This gym and the trainers are phenomenal. I reached out to the owner, Jack, about getting set up with a trainer and within a day I was connected to my personal trainer, Brian Cockerham. I can’t speak highly enough of this gym, the environment and the trainers. When I first started with Brian, we discussed goals, current fitness level and diet. Brian was always supportive yet challenging, pushed me yet encouraged me. During my first 6 months with Brian I dropped over 30 lbs all while working on strength conditioning and building muscle. You won’t find a better training environment or group of trainers that all want to see you excel.

    I recently completed a fitness program here and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. My trainer, Sebastian, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts were challenging but also fun. If you're looking for a fitness program that is both effective and enjoyable, I highly recommend next level fitness. The trainers are top-notch, and the program is well worth the investment. I'm so grateful for the experience and can't wait to see what else I can achieve.

    Next Level Fitness is a great place for anyone at any level of fitness. They have a variety of trainers offering highly variable and customized experiences. The gym is always well attended, but not overcrowded and the facilities are very clean and organized. Sebastian Kimball has been a phenomenal personal trainer, who epitomizes the fitness theme of “trust the process.” He has a thorough and experienced understanding of how the body moves at a foundational level and what it takes to improve physically. Sebastian also does a great job of cutting through the exercise and supplement industry’s trends and gimmicks to offer real world advice on what you actually need in order to see results. I look forward to every session and intend to continue training here for as long as possible.

    Nathan has been great, but I can assure anyone and everyone that there are so many talented personal trainers here at this gym, when you walk in you feel like a professional athlete! Courteousness and hospitality is just part of the game! Thank you for making my fitness goals come to life!

    By far the best facility around. They have all the equipment and space you need for cardio, weightlifting, and even stretching. Also, the trainers are by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Next Level Nashville or my AMAZING trainer, Nate, to anyone. I am certainly satisfied and have been blown away by my experience at this facility. Highly recommend!!

    We had such an amazing experience with Dani at Next Level. I do not have a lot of weight lifting experience and Dani made me feel completely comfortable at the weight rack. Along with being a GREAT encouragement, she was also so easy to talk with which made my hour spent with her fly by. My friend who also joined us has a bit more experience with heavier weights and Dani accommodated us both perfectly! Dani is such an inspiring and encouraging women, Will be returning! :)

    Next Level Fitness is a motivating and welcoming fitness center with many knowledgeable and professional trainers. I am committed to my training with Christian Pitkin at Next Level Fitness. He is well-educated in fitness and how to help clients with functional fitness. I was drawn to start training after an injury to my shoulder. Christian conservatively and safely rehabilitated my shoulder. I was waking up in the night with pain for months before I started training and I am pain free for 8 months now. My knees and hips and back all feel strong and flexible and I have no pain in my active life at work, cleaning the house, hiking, skiing out West, walking my dog and hot yoga. I am thankful to have found Christian and always look forward to my workouts. Highly recommend.

    I’ve been working out here for over 8 years. Its great fun environment with the best trainers. You see everyone from young mothers getting back in shape to seniors to hardcore. BIG shout out to my trainer David Harvick and to Wally!

    Convenient location. Great facility with everything you need no matter what your fitness goals may be. I work out early mornings and the atmosphere and the trainers set the tone to get you moving! I recommend Next Level Fitness and Sebastian is an excellent personal trainer.

    Great PT gym. Facility is massive and always seems to be kept clean. There are showers in the bathroom/locker room. I’ve been very happy with Next Level. Trainers are all very professional. I’ve been working with Wolly. He’s great! Very happy with the results.

    I have been working with Steven Earwood for a couple years now. He is a great trainer. He is great at customizing a workout that fits your goals and knows how to identify and rectify you’re weaknesses. Constantly pushes you in and out of the gym to make sure you’re staying the course for your goals. When you go to workout here you’ll most likely interact with some of the other trainers too. They are all really nice and an overall hoot. There’s no judging at this gym. Just make sure when you step in the building you come to work!

    I've been training with Melissa Hayes twice a week and I love it! She pays very close attention to my form and has pointed out issues I didn't even realize I had. She works with what my body can do and pushes just enough. I've done a different set of workouts each session which keeps it interesting. And there's no time wasted, you really get your money's worth. The gym is clean and there's always plenty of space to workout. The other trainers are nice too. Over all great gym!

    I had a great experience training with Steven Earwood at Next Level Fitness! This man knows fitness and is an incredible personal trainer! He is incredibly patient with his clients and makes sure to create a workout program that is specifically designed for each individual client. I can’t recommend Steven enough and can assure you that you will thoroughly enjoy training with / being coached and encouraged by him on a daily basis. He is the best at holding each of his clients accountable and wants more than anything for you to live a healthy lifestyle and learn that working out can be a very enjoyable experience.

    I can’t recommend training with Dani D. Fitness here enough! The gym is large and has a good assortment of equipment so your workouts are different every week. Dani is positive and uplifting and always encourages you when you think you can’t do something. She is a great communicator and checks in with you during the week and is super responsive if ever have any questions. The work outs are tough but I always leave feeling better about myself and what my body is capable of! Love your body throughout as Dani would say!!

    I’ve been training here with Angela McCuiston for almost 2 years. I came in with several injuries and she’s helped me to find ways to work around and overcome them. I’m very happy with the progress we’ve made together and with the care she puts into crafting a plan that addresses my specific workout needs.

    I've been training with Secoy Reeves for 7 months now and...wow!...he has changed my life! He has taught me that it's not just a diet and exercise but that it's a lifestyle. He has helped me become healthier physically and mentally. Together we set goals and crush them! Everyday I become stronger, have more energy, I'm more focused, and I'm living a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. All the trainers here are positive and treat everyone like family! The gym is centrally located and very clean. Its top notch! At Next Level Fitness with Secoy Reeves is DEFINITELY where you belong!

    Melissa Haynes is the best! She put my faith back in the reliability of a personal trainer. She always fills you with positivity and encouragement. She also has no problem modifying certain workouts to best fit your comfort and strength level without making you feel bad about it, which I greatly appreciate! The gym is also awesome! Great, clean space to work out in with tons of weight/workout options and such nice people!

    These last few weeks I've been working with Blake who's with Dani D. Fitness. If someone is looking to get started I'd say working with them is a great way to go. Blake is very encouraging, realistic and knowledgeable about what he does. The workouts are killer but they're aimed so that you can improve. I really appreciate that they practice body acceptance. The gym is spacious and has a lot of equipment to use which is great and makes the workouts that much more enjoyable.

    I have been going to Next Level Fitness for a few months. Dallas is my trainer and she is amazing. I was looking for someone who specializes in women only and she has been awesome. I already see results. The gym is clean, friendly and not at all intimidating. The trainers are like family to each other and not competitive. They are respectful of each other's space and I love that the gym is privately owned by a great couple. I feel good about supporting a small business and hard working people.

    I started personal training sessions with Steven Earwood at Next Level Fitness about a month ago, and I can't say enough about what a great experience it's been! Steven is excellent- he's incredibly knowledgeable, detailed and a lot of fun. I get so much out of each session- not only am I being pushed and working hard, but I'm learning how to do things with proper form (so important) & actually enjoying it! The sessions fly by and I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. The atmosphere at Next Level is really friendly and welcoming. I've been intimidated at gyms in the past, but I felt comfortable there immediately. If you've been thinking about personal training, I highly recommend Steven & Next Level Fitness. You won't be disappointed.

    Like everyone else I gained COVID weight and needed to get back to a healthier me. I came back to Next Fitness Level Fitness because I had trained there before COVID. The trainer I trained with ended up moving on and that is where I was paired with Sebastian. I trained with him for over a year and he’s gotten me to be in the best shape I’ve ever been. The workouts are fun and challenging, that 1 hour goes by so quick! Not only is Sebastian a great trainer, he also ended up being a friend. If anyone gets paired with him you won’t regret it. Everyone at Next Level Fitness is the nicest folks you will encounter, they are there to help you succeed in all of your fitness goals.
