So much better since the new owners took over. Have been here three times now in two weeks and every time was a good experience. The staff even thanked me when leaving on one occasion. Tables are always clean food was prepared nicely and quick service. Will definitely revisit. Thanks team

Very disappointed. The food was good, but as a regular customer to Zambrero, I knew something was wrong. The burrito given to me was of a small size compared to the regular size I always get. Not happy.

After many bad experiences, we thought we’d try again. Ordered a toasted burrito, received our order. Clearly the burrito was not toasted, asked if they could please toast it, we were told it gets toasted on the inside only. No toasting at all, just a normal burrito. Tasted ok, but pity the order was not followed.

I sat in drive through for over 5 minutes, no answer then I decided to park and go in. Seemed to only be one staff member serving the counter, seemed a bit quiet / disengaged didn't say much. Food was fine not great. Store was clean enough.

Had a Power Bowl with chicken. Quite tasty and ample portion. Good value. If you're into Mexican then it's not a bad place, quick friendly service. If eating in, it can get a bit cold but otherwise OK.

I don't often make reviews but this was a disappointment. Arrived after my order was completed. I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes next to the counter to pick up my phone order. Not a single employee acknowledged me or attempted to ask me the name of my order to let me know if it was on its way. Hopefully better service next time, a simple "hello" or "I'll be right with you" would be great. Arrived home to see my burrito was folded in half down the middle and had almost no beef filling. Can't offer more than a 1 star

My family loves zambrero and this zambrero in wanneroo is under the new management by Nikunj Soneji is absolutly amazing. Wannerroo people, this place with new management is a must try. Staff is very nice to talk,very attentive to your order and serves you with beautiful smile. My family loves this place. Definetly coming back!

Ordered food using the app, for collection in 1 hour. Arrived to find food had not been started. Ordered it so two kids, wet from swimming weren't getting cold and sick in the car, and we could get home quickly.

Can't go wrong with Zambrero's! Food is good and the staff are friendly and the service is quick. Been coming here for a while and never had any issues. Food is no different to any Zambrero's, its a fast food chain after all, still delicious!

Drive thru speaker is always busted and today they wouldn't even bother answering the drive thru at all. When I drove past the pickup window there wasn't anyone in the shop I could see either

After the first online order & pick up was pretty poor, we decided to give it another go last week. Only when the app said our order was ready for pickup and we went inside to grab it, we got told that "the guys before us didn't refill the cauliflour, so we can't do your order " ... We ended up with "free" substitute's for the CF, but the ordered sauce was missing and the whole experience was just poor ... They say 3 times lucky , so maybe we will try a third time , maybe not ...

great! service was amazing and the food is good as always. so yum :)
