Poor service Had a booking at 7:30am on Friday Pathologist casually rocks up at 7:45am And then starts to see patients at 7:50am Why bother advertising opening times rather just adv casual opening hours when ever it suits your pathologist

If I could post 'no star' I would.. Today 1/5/23 I have been waiting in the morning for an hour and a half. This tech does not call out the numbers so wonder why they are outside her door! She takes ages between patients and is so unfriendly... Will definitely tell my Dr to let me use anithrr lab!!

I walked in at 3:15 and saw sign on door ‘Only taking appointments until 4pm please try again tomorrow’ after knocking a lady came out and informed me and other elderly people waiting, that she is not taking any patients please come back tomorrow. I would have given 0 stars if was option

Would recommend removing “Do not knock on the door” and Fertility as a priority patient sign !!! As everyone was waiting to do the same service. Increasing phlebotomists and rooms would be great for servicing a large number of patients

Do not use. Was their first thing and waited 1.5 hours to give blood. She did not know what half the test were and was looking them up and needed to call a friend! Then told me I needed to be there before 9 as one was a special fasting test and took no blood. I was there from 8:20 and was only number 5 but had to wait till 10 to be called. Never again

Very nasty experience after a long wait she inserted needle at four times at different places (painful experience) , just to collect one blood sample . This collection center is notorious for keeping patients in wait while staff play games inside on mobile phones. Learned my lesson and never going back to their center. They dont deserve even 1 star and i am sure will go out of business if the same staff keep treating customers in same way.

Just waited 40 minutes to drop off a sample. I didn't even wait to give the sample back in the end - the wait was just too long.

Nita, the nurse who attended to me this morning, was very friendly and she worked fast, and since I am afraid of needles and have thin veins, she inserted the needle very gently and provided me with a butterfly needle. Less painful for me and spot on! Thank you so much, Nita :)
