Friendly service fitting me with the right hats. We went through all the colors, had a love, good,okay, and no pile. I ended up with two hats 1x akubra and 1x Italian made hat. Being a first time hat 👒 owner, i was educated with how to take care of it and how and extra hat stands to keep em on 🤠 Thank you very much 😊

Awesome hat store, bought an Australian style hat after much searching around. Adele was super helpful, very knowledgeable and gave a lot of details and tips on using a hat and helped in picking the right hat with being pushy on sales. Very happy with my purchase and will surely be buying more from here. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the great work.

So happy that it was suggested to go and see Outback Red to help with my wrong size hat issue, given as a present from another retailer that knows sbsolutely nothing about their own product. Excellent service staff helpful with additional advice. When I made my purchase of an Akubra Tablelands I was advised how to reduce staining from sweat. Care of the purchase. All without having to ask. After wearing for a while I returned as it was nearly blown off by the wind as Swan river. I was going to buy a chin strap. Again I was given a simple piece of advice to keep my hat in place. If there were six stars they deserve that rating. Thank You I was glad I chose them to make my purchase of this Australian icon.

Excellent service. Was recommended a good range Akubras to try on. Sizing recommendation was spot on. Provided lots of detailed explanation on features and how to wear each hat. They know their hats. Definitely a worthwhile, welcoming, warm and unique experience for any person looking to buy a hat.

Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, the gentleman assisting me was so helpful, and very friendly. Advised they didn't have the cattleman, cause r&m get them almost exclusively now, still said to go down and try it on, but ended up with the Coober Pedy. Fantastic service very happy!!

While from the outside it looks like it's probably chinese made souvenirs, they actually have lots of good quality and well priced Australian made stuff. I'll definitely go back.
