I
stopped
by
this
brewery
during
the
Ale
Trail
and
fell
in
love!
I've
been
to
IX
Park
so
many
times
but
have
yet
to
visit
Three
Notched!
They
were
pretty
busy
as
I
would
imagine
a
Saturday
may
typically
be
there.
In
addition
to
the
"normal"
crowd
the
Ale
Trail
added
about
75
extra
people
to
the
mix.
I
believe
that
they
were
well
prepared
and
staffed
adequately
enough
to
continue
to
serve
everyone
in
a
timely
manner.
Our
server
took
care
of
us
at
a
separate
table
as
we
had
a
somewhat
large
order
of
food
compared
to
others
who
were
snacking
and
drinking.
Waters
were
immediately
brought
to
the
table,
I
ordered
a
virgin
bloody
Mary
and
my
husband
tried
one
of
the
IPAs.
For
starters,
we
ordered
to
onion
dip
which
I
have
always
personally
loved
so
it
was
a
hit
for
me.
The
chips
that
came
with
it
tasted
like
they
were
made
in
house
and
were
topped
with
green
onions.
I
didn't
mention
we
were
here
around
brunch
so
we
did
order
off
the
brunch
menu.
My
friend
chose
the
"Going
Full
Southern"
platter
which
came
with
eggs,
bacon,
potatoes,
and
biscuits
with
gravy.
His
food
was
all
really
delicious
but
my
favorite
part
was
the
biscuits
and
gravy.
The
gravy
was
a
cream
gravy
but
browner
than
the
typical
white
gravy.
Really
really
good!
I
opted
for
the
hot
chicken
sandwich
which
came
with
a
choice
of
either
fries,
breakfast
potatoes,
or
salad.
I
ordered
fries
and
then
was
asked
further
if
I
wanted
to
upgrade
them.
She
suggested
garlic
Parmesan
so
I
went
with
that
and
they
were
delicious!
I
asked
for
a
side
of
ranch
like
a
do
everywhere
and
if
you're
a
ranch
loved,
you'll
like
theirs
as
well.
The
fries
are
great
in
it
as
well
as
the
sandwich.
I
will
say
the
sandwich
is
delicious
and
the
chicken
is
super
plump
and
juicy.
If
you
don't
like
anything
spicy
stay
away
from
this
option.
The
dry
rub
of
spices
used
is
extremely
spicy
and
almost
if
not
as
hot
as
eating
a
spicy
Thai
food.
I
really
loved
it
so
if
you
like
spicy,
order
this!
I
HAD
to
have
desert
because
I
could
smell
chocolate
coming
from
the
kitchen.
They
have
the
most
unique
and
delicious
sounding
desserts.
We
went
with
the
chocolate
bread
pudding.
It
was
served
warm
and
with
a
side
of
chocolate
ice
cream
drizzled
with
caramel
and
chocolate.
It
was
heavenly.
It
literally
tasted
like
pudding
that
was
cooked
a
little
longer
with
flour
added
to
it.
Perhaps
that
is
what
it
is,
AND
IT'S
DELICIOUS!
I
can't
wait
to
return
to
try
out
dinner
and
lunch
here!
My
friend
loved
the
beers
and
the
atmosphere
was
fantastic!
