First time here and will definitely be back. This is the kind of local bagel and coffee shop I wish was available slightly closer to home but beggars can't be choosers. Friendly staff working hard on a busy Sunday morning. Shaded morning outdoor seating. Solid selection of bagels and other morning baked goods. A good selection of drinks, and I enjoyed my cappuccino.

First off, I would like to say that we were once regular customers of the cafe, but that changed after we kept receiving incorrect orders, poor service with not answering phones, and they were constantly out of ingredients. We stopped coming for quite some time, and about two weeks ago, I wanted to give them another try and was about to place an order online but i had a question, so I tried calling. I called over and over again over a span of 20+ minutes and never received an answer, so I gave up. I then gave them another chance today, and am now even more disappointed and really have no desire to return. First, despite me placing an order for two items, I had to go to both stores separately, which is no big deal but a bit of an inconvenience, and there should be some better way to coordinate things. Upon receiving my order, my $13 acai bowl looks absolutely disgusting and half empty. It looks like everything was literally thrown into it and there is barely any acai. The bagel was delicious as usual, but this is ridiculous, especially for $20. I’m not one to complain, but this is absurd and i will not be returning.

Amazing bagels and coffee, free wifi, indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff. Free parking. I recommend and will return. Thank you!

As a vegetarian I just don't have a lot of choices outside of salads at most restaurants but this place is a blessing for vegetarians and vegans alike. I'd highly recommend this place if your dietary needs are like mine. The staff is super friendly and give wonderful suggestions if you need a little help like i did. 10/10 would go back again.

These bagels are fantastic. Love the sandwiches as well. Only suggestion is to have the detail of the sandwiches on the order board in the restaurant. Ordered the club for my young daughter and it contained mustard which I would have not have expected in a club. On the up-side I got to eat it! 😆

I used to love coming here and looked forward to everything bagels. Over my last several visits the quality of the bagels continued to decline but yet I still came in. If your main item is bagels, they should be consistent. Ordering an everything bagel should look relatively the same each time. I tried to email but there was no email address on the website, only a contact form which I did fill out and send with no response. I could not add the pictures which I am adding now. The everything bagels looked like plain bagels and if not , came out burnt. Not sure why they were served like it.

We like the bagels here a lot. If they could improve on the quickness of getting food out, that would make this a 5 star review. Tons of employees there, just seems so disorganized. This is every day at all times. We wait at least 15 minutes for a toasted bagel, often longer.

Love this place! Great bagels and sandwiches! As a non Maryland guy, I am learning to love JO Spice and everything bagels! Awesome 👌 👏

Kismet has yummy bagels and really good coffee. We haven't tried too much else there, because we're quite happy with those. However they do have a lot of additional menu choices. Note that they can be very busy at peak hours. You are best off ordering online for pickup.

The bagels are amazing! I had a wonderful açaí bowl for lunch today and enjoyed every bite. The employees have always been fantastic as well. I highly recommend

Katie made my bowl. I got puffed granola, mango pineapple, mango, banana, raspberry, and coconut. It looks beautiful and tastes even better.

Such a cute place. My breakfast sandwich on a bagel is amazing. Employees were friendly despite it being so busy. Will definitely be coming back!

The food is so good and made with care. If you can spare 40 minutes on a busy day, it's worth it. Unfortunately, you don't save any time with online ordering because they do make mistakes. And time is just not something I have a lot of in the mornings so it will be a while before I return. 2/19/2023 - 7 months later I made an online order the night before for pickup at 7:45 (the earliest one can make). I arrived at 7:39, order wasn't ready, but I'm next in line. 7:46 - I got a text my order is ready. But they're still working on the bagels. 7:49 - bagels are done and they thank me for my patience and stare at me, wondering why I'm not leaving. When I ask about the drinks in my order, they realized there are hot drinks in the order and start them. 7:55 - my order was complete They apologized, but I didn't have it in me to say this happened the last time I tried online ordering and that's why I haven't gone to the store for breakfast in over 6 months. I did have lunch with a friend there a couple weeks ago when I could afford the time and everything was fine. Just only go if you have time to spare and then some. Just found a clump of powder at the bottom of my chai; not happy about that.

I love the small town feel of this local coffee/bagel shop. Staff is always super friendly, foods always 100%, and outdoor seating is dog friendly! They have become such a hit, there's always a line out the door! Thus, they have opened an additional business adjacent to the existing one called KismetGO. They have already prepared organic food and drinks you can walk in a grab quickly. My favorite - J.O. Spiced everything bagel w/jalapeno cream cheese and a Kismet Kiss juice to wash it down =]

We love the food, however yesterday (Sunday) I think one of the busiest days for a bagel shop. It was a wait like i have not had before. I never saw the owner and have never had this disorganized experience when the owner is there. Very upsetting to see everyone getting annoyed. But like always great tasting when you get it.

The price of one “specialty” bagel is a little ridiculous considering the fact that even when you ask for half the amount of cream cheese they still put on a pound. It kills the entire allure and flavor of the bagel. You’re just eating a block of cream cheese and that’s what you pay for. Lay off the cream cheese a little so we can actually taste the bagel and still enjoy the SIDE of cream cheese. Honestly other than that it’s a wonderful place and staff.

The website is awful and I encounter an issue in some way shape or form everytime I use it. This place is nice but it’s always an insane wait time, even for simple orders like a half dozen bagels and a chai latte. I’m not sure if they need a better kitchen system for taking and making each order, or if they need to hire more folks. Why not just offer DoorDash?

The food was delicous!!!! Highly recommend the food. They are popular and busy. I would online for pickup. Came in for the first time. Ordered two kismet bowls and two bagels. Got my bowls, after a really long wait. Waited another the 15 minutes for the rest of my order. We finished the bowls before the bagels came out. Food from the same order should be served together.

This is a great place, I loved this coffee shop since I was told about it, I have about 4 months coming over the weekends to grab coffee and bagels. They have different bagel flavors, sandwiches, etc. Coffee is great. Also, they offer lattes :) Hot coffee is always replenished. This place offers decaf, regular, and flavored. With different sweetener options and half/half, and whole milk. Bagels are fresh and delicious. You can find other options for breakfast as fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, cookies, etc. Another thing I like from this place is you can sit outside, 😏 Quick service, good customer service, clean... ❤️

Their bagels and bagel sandwiches are absolutely delicious, if you're ordering on the weekend I would definitely call ahead as it gets very busy. They don't really have a clear pickup area so it can be a little chaotic when going to pick up your food, but staff our friendly and it's a great atmosphere.

First time here. The person that took are order….he took time to give us suggestions. The bagels are a must….love the garlic bagel with homemade herb cream cheese. Get there early cause the garlic bagels run out fast. They made me a decaf chi tea frozen that was awesome. Recommend for a cafe feeling. Then hubby went back and got a second bagel that just came out to oven. We are coming back again!

First time at Kismet Go. Tried the açaí bowl and the Buddha bowl. Delicious! Thankful to have this healthy option in the burg!

One of my favorite places in the area for delicious healthy food! So many things to choose from. Very flavorful and great portions. Baked goods are not something I usually gravitate toward when I go out to eat as they typically taste "fake"..no other way to describe it...but their baked goods seem to all be home made and are incredible! Their black bottom cup cake is the bomb! They have gluten free options as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing, cozy, friendly and clean. The manager, Max, has the customer service thing down! He is super personable and very exacting on making sure your order is perfect. We checked out their other business next door that is for the extreme healthy conscious eater that we will check out next! Thank you for such a great place to come relax and enjoy comfort food!

Kismet is a great local place for breakfast sandwiches, bagels specifically. They are super delicious but we had to wait a while to get our order. Maybe online ordering is faster. Food is still really yummy!

This place has an amazing atmosphere and even better fresh bagels. Their variety is outstanding and includes a wide range of savory, sweet, spicy and standard bagels. One of our favorite bagels is the JO Spice Everything Bagel. It should be named the Maryland Kitchen Sink, because it captures the flavor of JO Spice perfectly. They serve Zeke's Coffee which is great and the staff is always friendly! We will definitely be back.

Expensive for the portion sizes, 3 stars because the atmosphere is nice and the workers are friendly. Yesterdays bagels are 50% off and are actually a great deal. The food is good, but as mentioned $$$

Food is amazing but service is horrendous. 45 mins for a bagel with cream cheese, bacon and egg. P.s. they forgot the egg. There must be zero training and management. It's chaos watching 6 people try and work around each other without zero training. Takes simple solutions to fix their problems, I just don't think they care.
