They never miss . I frequent here a lot , since I work around the corner . No matter whether it's a morning fix or a lunch time fix , the customer service remains the same . Great ! The place is always well kept and clean from the front of counter to what you can see in the back. The smoothies are great . I love how if your inside as to what smoothie to get the staff is ready with good recommendations instantly . Today, I was recommended to try the passion fruit . OMG the sweetness of the banana is amazing .

Just ran in to get a smoothie and the staff was very friendly and attentive. This is what great customer service is, Would definitely go back.

I went to Smoothie King to get another PB Swizzle™ Bowl. The first few times the bowl was outstanding.The Bowl looked just like the picture. Well this time I should of known when the employee said that they hated making the bowls that it would be a problem. The presentation was terrible with very little fruit. They should make sure who every makes the bowls that they are willing to give 💯 percent.

I went last week and had a fabulous smoothie and the staff was super nice. Was my first time back at a smoothie king and looking forward to going back.

Love the wall art. The drink was also good.

UPDATE 12/08/23: back again on size up Friday.. I included a photo because EVERYTIME this boy works my orders is MESSED UP! Again the person behind me got their order before me… he didn’t even have my order, yet I ordered WITH HIM…. Didn’t know the size or the type of smoothie.. been in here for 20 minute for a SMOOTHIE! Also he is weird.. why stare at me in my face when I walk in but NOT SPEAK.. why am I greeting you.. come on… Three stars because Love this place, but whoever was staffed TONIGHT.. they definitely needed some kind of supervision. There were only three people in line. Took 20 minutes to even get to the cash register. The guy in front of me was in line because of an online order that was not ready.. he waited at least another 15 minutes (no exaggeration). A lady who was in line was called up to get her drink, he spilled the lady’s drink… not sure what is happening tonight. Soo I had to come back to edit and add a photo I ordered at 7:53pm I didn’t get my drink until 8:11pm… 20 minutes later AND I only spoke up and said something (trying to be patient) because some girl who came LONG after me got her drink and I’m like hello….. where is my drink I ordered way before she even walked in..

Given a straw too thin to keep its structure when pushed through the opening of the cup lid, making it virtually impossible to drink. I'm done with this place and so should you.

A few weeks ago I lost my wallet. A good Samaritan took it into the store and Carter went above and beyond to find me and make arrangements for me to pick it up. A wonderful reminder about good people in this world, and Carter is one of them!

I do not recommend this Smoothie King At All. The staff seemed lifeless, but I have much more of an issue with the fact that they keep smoothies out in the open, in a refrigerator where smoothies can Easily be stolen. I ordered a high protein banana smoothie a few weeks ago and they didn't seem to care that my smoothie wasn't in the fridge when I had somebody else try to pick my order up for me. Sure, I was refunded, but I was still a bit angry as this delayed my night plans that day. A real location ought to utilize a name system and have smoothies for customers Behind the counter. They need to fix this issue for customers who order in advance if they want to earn any respect as a location.

Saw that they do açaí bowls and it was absolutely delicious! Had a bad experience with the unprofessional young staff here that evening. Don’t go close to closing because they’ll let you know you’re unwelcome.

This review comes months after my initial unpleasant experience at the Smoothie King in Laurel by Mission BBQ. I was denied a refund for smoothies I no longer wanted before the first ingredient was put in the blender. I reluctantly took the smoothies to avoid leaving empty handed and without my money. I left feedback and was contacted by the owner. It was explained that the employees don’t have the ability to provide refunds and since I left with the smoothies, technically I wasn’t entitled to a refund. Ultimately, I was informed that I would receive a gift card in the mail. After 6+ weeks I contact the owner and was informed that gift card had been mailed and the store manager would contact me. The manager contacted me and said it would be mailed “today.” The card arrive and I go back to same location to use it, but it had no money on it. I contact the owner from the parking lot and was told to go back in for the employee on site to fix the issue. Today I go to another location and guess what?! The “fixed” card was invalid, thus this review was earned.

Wouldn’t go here if you are in a rush. When I went they had one teenager working in the front by their self. I had the Lemon Twist Strawberry and it was delicious.

My favorite place to go for a tasty & healthy treat! The staff is so nice & Smoothies are delicious!

The service there was absolutely knee dropping; like the service was amazing. I would go there every week. Their smoothies are mouth-watering. You should really drink their smoothies on a daily 🤩🤩🤩
