Horrible experience today, made me wait an hour, had me jump from chair to chair only to be told to move again. Eventually gave up and left with ruined nails and nothing done. Just simple dissatisfied and frustrated more than ever. Also, they kept talking to each other in another language, only frustrated me more.

Unfortunately this place seems to be cheap for a reason. My friend decided to treat herself to some nails since she was in the plaza. She asked for a SHORT french tip and this is what they gave her. You can see the bubbles under the extensions and the lines are THICK and UNEVEN. I am completely in awe they looked at this and let my friend walk out like that. I dont have a photo but the gel is also incredibly uneven and bumpy. We will not be coming back.

I’m tempted to gate keep this salon but they’re just too good to not give them praise. The salon itself is really clean and organized. I really appreciate businesses that have a good system for their work. The furniture is actually stylish and well maintained. Appliances seem new and also well maintained. Technicians are courteous and work efficiently. They have all the current nail art techniques and trends. I’m really happy I found this place and will make it my staple nail salon from now on.

Been here three times now. The first time they weren't really busy, and service was great. The last two times they've been busy and the service was not as good. Today I made an appointment for my MIL to get fills. After making my MIL wait almost an hour they finally got her seated after I said something about making her wait so long. They use liners in their pedicure bowls, but when they're busy they'll reuse disposable files.

Was cut numerous times with sander, still hurts days later. I was actively bleeding during my dip, so I pray I don’t get an infection. I worry others with the same equipment will get the bacteria. Please be careful and use another salon.

Many time I came in this salon but this time was the worst experience . Came today 5:45pm and asked the receptionist girl may be it's their business. But I'm not happy with it. I asked her at the same time that I want to have nail extensions and pedicure and I asked her if they will do it she said okay. Wait for 15 minutes she said. I waited for more than 15 minutes and one lady did my pedicure was okay not too good and not too bad. Around 6:30 I told her can you put nail polish on so I can go for nail experience and she nodded her head and said no. The receptionist girl said sorry we can't do it because it takes 1 and half out. My question is that why did you say at first "okay" if you didn't wanna do it. She said you can schedule an appointment or you can come tomorrow. I told her that I wanna go somewhere tomorrow that's why I wanted to get it. Why girl, do you think we are free? If you didn't wanna do it why didn't you say at first so I could go somewhere else. So unprofessional. No one has that much time. And they forced my husband to have a pedicure too especially the lady who did my pedicure . Why though? Only care about money ? Not about customers? Never coming here anymore.

I can always get in, although I only typically go in for toe gel polish change (because I use my hands all day at work, and I don't feel like I need my feet worked on). They are inexpensive but I feel like the paint is always satisfactory and they usually paint all the way to the cuticle - and ladies you know that is important! So it lasts as expected ands I'll be back all summer. 🌞

I really like this place. All the women....and the one guy...are great. They always do my nails perfectly. I've never left there unhappy. I gave them 5 stars!!!

I usually only go here for my feet and I've never had any issues with my services/customer service. I booked an appt with the receptionist a little over a month ago to get my nails and feet done. I wanted to be specific because i didn't know what services to book my nails under. The receptionist booked it under a dip ombre with any available nail tech. I go in today for my scheduled appt reiterating multiple times that i had french tip toes and dip ombre nails. We get to the portion of my nails and the nail techs didn't know i was supposed to be getting a dip ombre. They said that i was supposed to choose a specific person for that type of nail art when this news wasn't given to me while booking the appt. They don't pre-check their Appts when checking you in. Their website doesn't give you additional info about who's best to book with specific services.

I enjoy getting mani/pedi from this spa. It’s reasonably priced and very quick!! The polish selection is good and the massages are great with the pedicure. Also, online booking is very convenient!!

I love going there I always get the best service and get to have fun with different designs and colors I go with my daughter and we love it
