Very lazy unhelpful employees. I understand that it's Saturday night and the little kids don't want to work and want to go home, but it's also my only day off when I need to buy things ASAP. Very frustrating!

Decent collection. There could be more summit series but there isn't. Oh well...

Nice place, lots of expensive shops

Great shop with great selection which actually surprised me since they had more variety than the North Face near Union square in San Francisco.

Sadly, though the store was the pickup spot for a Christmas gift ordered online, it was unexpectedly closed when I arrived after my 45 minute journey. This despite an email reminder to come pick up the item. A little notice would have been appreciated. I understand that Covid makes some things unpredictable, but a little more communication on the door and through email would have been helpful.
