    Always fast. Staff seems to turn over at a regular clip, it every-time I’ve been in the team is friendly and on top of getting orders done. Ample indoor and outdoor seating

    The food quality is still up to Chipotle’s standard, but the service is not. I understand that it is likely due to staffing shortages more than anything else, but it is often unacceptable. There have been three separate occasions within the last few months that I order online through the app, and my food is not ready for another 20 minutes after the “promised time.” When it’s not inexcusably late, the staff typically are not particularly kind nor helpful.

    Cheap, chintziest bowl ever! Half spoon servings of everything. I am done with Pinole Chipotle. Owner/manager poured half of each spoonful back into their container before adding to my bowl. Surely not saving money in the long run by cheating customers because I'm not going back. Rip off.

    This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Order said it should be ready at 7:15 and i got there at 7:20 and waited till 7:45 with 10 other people before i got my food. They didn’t bother to call out any names, they just dropped the orders falling off the table and ran back, refusing to answer any questions. Upon finally receiving my order, every single item tasted wayyy undercooked. The rice is soggy and hard and the meat is mushy and cold. Shortly after my wife and i started feeling upset stomachs and decided I’d better let this be known. Oh not to mention their portions are a joke. $6 large bag of chips? Yea right

    Placed my order on the app at 8:30pm for pick up at 9:10pm and after I arrived got a notification order was ready for pick up on the shelf in one bag at 9:14pm. After asking workers several times for my order and asking what was going on the "manager" Carlos said the system does that automatically even if the order isn't done and he couldn't issue a refund so he said give him 10 more minutes someone will make it before disappearing to the back and never returning. Another 20 minutes go by and at 9:45 a different worker asked my name reprinted my order ticket and scraped together what was left for the night to make my order. I WAITED 35 MINUTES PAST THE PROMISED TIME!!! This was not the team's fault but the lack of upper management overseeing his crew he should have been upfront assisting them not hiding in his office!

    They want to charge me for extra rice and extra bean on my burrito because my burrito was little bigger than usual. I donot eat meat so I added extra beans and rice. And the shift manager talked with the prep person to tell me, since my burrito is big , they want me to charge me extra for rice and beans. It was very embarassing for me since everyone was watching me. I didnot want to make a scene so I paid my bill and got out. I could have happily paid the bills if they have added it on my bill but instead the lady choose to stop the prep person and asked the prep person to tell me they will be charging extra for rice and beans. Everyone was watching me and they were so busy so I just paid cash and left out without making any scene. The prep persons were very friendly. All the prep persons are always good to me.

    Unfortunately this location is very under staffed. I thought I would show up 20 mins pass my online pickup time of 8pm, only to be told they didn’t have chicken or lemonade. It has happened at least 4 visits here. Other customers are pretty annoyed but these are the times. I’ll be trying out the family owned spots instead and see if they are faster

    Do not recommend at all!! Usually I don't have an issue with chipotle but these people purposely put the littest amount of anything. Hopefully they change their attitude or whatever is bothering them because I do enjoy chipotle. This is the one location I am never satisfied in.

    Oh chipotle, how we want to love you. But the BOORITO deal was the last straw. Not only did the app & website flop like the new exorcist movie, but my wifes order was totally different than what she actually requested. Good job guys, you've made my wife cry for such a foul up, and therefore lost our business forever. Taco bell does a better job than you guys.

    I always order for pick up and they always ignore people waiting to pick up even if the restaurant is empty. If I'm standing in the pick up area, it means I'm picking up. It's not that hard. Don't just look at me. It literally takes like 10 seconds to give me my food. I'll start tipping once they get their act together.

    So when you order they should have someone at the register no? There were like 6 employees. If your open till 11 focus on your customers that are waiting Not just door dash Other establishments take heed this isn’t the way to do business They lost my business never again Jack n the box has better service than here

    Everything was bad. The rice was like plastic. The rice was either over cooked or just was bad most of the fresh items such as garlic, lettuce, and tomatoes were rotten. They were cleaning it with a very dirty towels and buy it. I meant the countertop and all that the old stuff that was on the countertop, went in to the food trays you could say. Also the customer service was bad and it was probably the worst experience of my life. They also forgot some key parts of the food such as the chips that usually would come along on the kids quesadilla and and some of the cheese on the quesadilla as the quesadilla like we didn’t add anything into it, but it was thinner than usual. The food was very overpriced to in total we spent like $30 for four items that were two that were very cheap quality and basically tasted like plastic all in all, the corn was watery. The tomatoes were watery too and so well I can’t go raving on and on about this, but just take my advice and don’t go to chipotle in Pinole. Vallejo is definitely , the corn was watery. Pinole Vallejo is definitely gonna be a better option any day of the week.

    I ordered a Sofrito’s burrito on the app and my pick up was supposed to be at 2:10. I get there at 2:06 and they didn’t even have my order in their system. I got my burrito at 2:20, went home and when I checked the burrito, it was a chicken burrito with all the wrong ingredients. I went back to the store, told them that they messed up my order and the employee who was there I did not even say sorry grab my burrito made me the burrito I initially ordered, handed it to me and said thank you that’s it. People make mistakes all the time that’s fine but when you do make mistakes I think it’s nice to say sorry or offer a free meal or something because a trip that was gonna take me 20 minutes. Ended up being a 40+ minutes.

    Literally got a burrito bowl and a bag of chips and it was over lm k$ like for what??!? It used to be much more food I would be able to eat at that bowl 3 times and now I finish half in a sitting. Good steak and good quality but just way over priced

    I really have to give it up to this chipotle location. After an overwhelming trip through Northern California, it was nice to get here and be treated so kindly by the staff. My burrito bowl was perfect. I’m feeling refreshed and energized to continue my trip. Shout out Marco. Shout out Ryan. You guys are great!

    There was a time when, Chipotle was like Starbucks. Then the double whammy of almost back to back contaminated food issues. It really hurt the business. At one point, before the pandemic, I thought, Chipotle was done, history. But the Covid pandemic came and that disaster dwarfed the Chipotle debacle and it gave Chipotle a much needed breathing space to regroup and learn from the problems caused by food contamination. Perhaps, not as popular as when it first started, but Chipotle is back. For this location, service was good, great location with ample parking space. It's my neighborhood Chipotle.

    Had a burrito. It's a meal, not much to get excited here. It was cold, that maybe good in summer but not in winter. I like my burrito hot with melted cheese, all ingredients mixed together so it's a taste medley in mouth. It's opposite here, a burrito salad which I don't fancy.

    Perfectly fine if you like Chipotle. My friend wanted to wait for fresh steak, as what was in the pan had clearly been sitting a while. They wouldn't let him, so he asked for the manager, and they just ignored him. He had to wait til someone else came in and ordered the last bit of steak for a fresh batch.

    Yeh, really disappointed in this location. Everyone is really snarky, and several items were out of stock, which, whatever, that's fixable - but the attitude is ridiculous when you ask for a replacement.

    Nightmare of a place last 3 times at this place between long wait on online order to being out of tortillas on a Sunday night to tonight I assume closing shift manager stood over the employee and jumped in to inform me if the burrito was double wrapped I would be charged for 2 burrito’s/ they had issues wrapping the burrito kinda went off my bad and apologize to rest of staff but really customers tell you what they want if you put more than the burrito can hold how are you gonna pass that to a customer / could just order online double wrapped burrito and no extra charge ( 30 min wait after the quoted time though.) best part is as I’m walking out the manager tells me the transaction didn’t go through but had a receipt in hand and food about 20 feet away from register/ if it is true, reach out to me my full name at gmail and will get you your $37 and inform you of better ways to treat your customers good day

    First time in, last time in. Chipotle brand in place but quality and portioning leaves too much to be desired. Partial spoonfuls of rice and beans, partial spoonfuls of protein and multiple other people in line asked for "a little more please?" and we're met with silence.

    Fresh food, made in front of you that is both delicious and, if you don’t get the chips, pretty healthy to boot. Stores are now everywhere and as a nice bonus the starting wages are now livable and that makes me more than happy to pay a few dollars more for high quality food with a nice indoor seating area and access to self-serve refills. When i’m on the road this is always one place i’m searching for when I want a good quality meal.

    Horrible service, rude and aggressive behavior by the shift manager and worker. Orders food @0715pm and found that the Food had human hairs in it (see the picture). When I went back to store @0815pm in Pinole to report it, the shift manager says that “it is not a big deal, it is very normal to have human hairs in food, I can change your food”. I was surprised with her response and refuse to exchange the food. The shift manager was very rude and become aggressive. I was surprised and requested her name. She refused to give me her name. She refunded my money after arguing with me but still refused to give me her name and any owner’s information. She forgot that the refund receipt had her name on it Julia. I went out to my car and grabbed my phone to make a video of her customer service, her behavior & her attitude towards me. Julia threatened me to call the police on me or left the store and then she and her one of the worker (see the attached picture) called police. Sooner the Police officer came out, Julia jumped in front of me and stated “I love the police” and start complaining that I as a customer filmed her. The Officer told her it is a public place and that the customer has the right to do so. Julia made more fake stories but lost her hopes to press any charges towards me. The Officer advices me to call their cooperative office to file a complaint against the behavior and food quality, which I will do for sure. I know that Chipotle chain does not care the food quality, the customer service and don’t take any customer complaint seriously cause it is not a big deal for them to serve human hair in the food. But I still wants to share the harassment by Chipotle workers and the worse customer service experience. I do have a video of the incident. I am hoping someone will look into this matter.

    I've been to this location 3 times. None of my orders have been correct. The most recent will be our last. Ordered all for pick up. 1 bowl should have had carnitas, brown rice, black beans, pico de Gallo, corn, and cheese. 1 bowl should have had just veggies, brown rice, black beans and guacamole. The bowl with carnitas had no cheese, no pico, and no corn. The bowl with veggies had carnitas, pico, cheese, and no beans. Our order was completely wrong.
