Covid booster. Very quick and well orginasied

My girlfriend and I made an appointment with Dr. Visagie together to renew our prescriptions my girlfriend was helped and I only five clients after her. In those two hours, I overheard her chatting with kolegas going in there about"die ou dae".After asking and waiting two hours, I was helped. After waiting another hour at the pharmacy I was informed that Dr Visagie had not renewed my prescription. When I got back to the dr's consulting room she was at lunch. There I was confronted by a woman who accused me of not being able to just walk in to see the dr. And that I need a appointment whitch I had because Dr is not seeing patients today. So GET YOUR DUCKS IN A ROW BEFORE YOU CONFRONT SOMEONE, she abused her position of power and had me removed by security. She also told me I could go see a dr in town if I wasn't happy. So don't dare to stand up for yourself you will never win. Well if we all do it she doesn't have a job. I am and remain the client. I am furious, and if I just think what a wonderful Heather is building up a clinic to be broken down by her colleagues

They have best services. It only took me 15, including the waiting time - in and out.

Very friendly employees except @ reception. Clean and tidy premises. Impressed with the service @ the CDC.

Excellent staff amazing friendly helpful and patient.

Sometimes a little wait is al always very friendly, sometimes no wait, always efficient friendly service, and very neat clean sterile and relaxed.

The only problem and one which they really can't help is the waiting - it can seem endless. But once you get in the staff are really friendly and helpful. I used to go for my maternity check ups and now with my baby and all her check ups and the staff are wonderful and the facility clean. I have not used the other facilities like dental etc so cannot review those.

For a government clinic, this place rates in the top 5

The place looks need a very clean from the outside

Due to Covid 19, there are probably more people waiting for medical attention. The whole centre is a welcome change to some other Provincial medical centres we have attended, in that it is newly built. As with all such institutions, one has to be very patient.

When one goes there, you will wait. Very many people are a huge drain on staff, but you get adequate attention and good help with health problems. Staff always helpful.
