I love shopping at Absolute pets in Hermanus. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. There hasn't been a question that they weren't able to answer! And their honesty is very much appreciated!

Relative new store in the Whale Coast Mall. To your left as you enter entrance no 3. Quite larger than your average store with loads more stock. Neat and clean. Wide spaces between selves. That is important to stand and look at products without the frustration of making way for other customers. We were immediately approached by a staff member. His name is Peet. Friendly and helpful. He made me feel at ease and not pushing me with overselling. The items we bought are of high quality and durability. The photos will give you an overview of their products. I understand that this shop is a branch of Absolute Pets and I want to commend the quality and service offered by the Whale Coast Mall branch.

I been suporting them for a few years now as they are always friendly and helpful especially beacause they know my two fur chihuahuas are my babies. Yesterday I was looking for some hay for my guinea pig and what was suggested is excellentt. My piggy is really enjoying. Bravo goog knowledge and great service. Products excellent.

Staff super knowledgeable, beautiful collection of fish and accessories, I love fish 😂 no other animals in shop, however large selection on pet supplies including dog beds cat scratch poles, very spacious so a pram or wheel chair can move around easily. Ample parking available plus a stunning coffee shop and Indian restaurant in centre. Lovely place lots of little shops clean and friendly ♥
