Highly recommended hiking adventure. We did 80 km in 5 days through stunning fynbos and along the wale coast. Great accommodation, wine tasting and food. We were accompanied by a poem reciting fynbos specialist and a wale expert alias the โ€˜Price of Walesโ€™.

Accommodation excellent. Stand by assistance if you get injured and you are unable to continue walking. Walks offer different views and trails everyday. Thank you for the most INCREDIBLE experience, I feel lucky and privileged to have managed to squeeze a spot onto this coveted and oversubscribed expedition through the Overberg region. WHAT IS IT? A 6-day programme of activities including an 80kms hike (expertly led and spread out over 5 days), wine tastings, all food, drink and snacks, river cruise and exquisite accommodation in a range of locations and remote environments. WHAT I LOVED:- - THE CREW!!!!! Every single person I encountered on my Camino was upbeat, joyful, friendly, kind and helpful. - the SLACKPACKING service.... considerate service with a smile - thanks to Rowan for undertaking a comprehensive "room sweep" every day and hoovering up all our lost belongings!! - team CAPS - I loved the attention to detail in terms of branding, logos and merchandise. - exquisite LODGINGS (the highlight of every single day was seeing what the next accommodation choice / room looked like!) - abundance of good FOOD and drink - communal 'home-cooked' suppers in the evening were a delicious way to bond and decompress after a long day on the trail. - the WINE tastings were a wonderful touch (included) - afternoon NAPS ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„ - MASSAGES on the verandah on Day 4 went down a treat (not included). - Morag's comprehensive knowledge of the local flora, fauna and FYNBOSย was encyclopedic. - visit to the adorable town of STANFORD for a cruise down the River Klein and a wander along the 'Wandelpad' through the hidden parts of town. - our completion CERTIFICATES were a work of art, to be framed and cherished. Thank you for an AMAZING opportunity - curating precious memories with special people that will last a lifetime!!! Trina xx

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care, planning, and proficiency on all levels. The beauty of the Overberg is a rare gem, the various farmstays were quite delightful and there was a balanced combination of fellowship between walkers and information shared by our guides and organisers. What a great experience.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ We came only for the hiking, but the trails are in great shape and the views are great. We loved being able to see the rock art, especially! We appreciate that it is possible for people to come take the trails even if they arenโ€™t staying in the accommodations there. The fee was quite reasonable.
