There are no words to describe the love and compassion with which Dr Jacobs and Melanie have treated our beloved Jack and also us, as the initially concerned and later heartbroken family over this weekend. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved fur family member and although this loss will take time to work through, we have found comfort in the way Dr Jacobs and Melanie treated Jack with so much love and care and allowed him to leave this world with dignity and with calmness surrounded by us his loving owners. I will never have the words to thank you enough for what you have done for our dearest Jack and for us as his family. You are both the most loving and caring people I have met and trust that you will continue to share the love. Much Love
