    Bought a Streetwise 2 and 3,at home both were Streetwise 2,some one will take a barrel home full of pieces collected. Don't make the same mistake check your order, can't trust nobody these days. Poor service if you can call it service.

    Dear KCF Hermanus 2. I'm not saying clients are always right but the service we recieved today from this branch is pathetic. We were assist by a lovely lady named Sindi who gave us great service until your drive through delivery that said the order would take 15 minutes. This order was placed at 21:04 Order number 564. To this moment 9:50 we have just received our parcel incomplete. We have waited for the store closure just to get our orders whilst walk in clients that came in after us has been served and left before us. We on route back home to Cape Town and so much for waiting for service that brings displeasure and loss of appetite. The manager on duty needs to get customer service training as she's leading her team to failure if this is the route of customer service. All that can be said is that clients who complain are clients who want to support your business but refuse to be treated badly.

    The worst service i have ever experienced. The most inexperienced, rude and unfriendly front counter person ive come across. Please train staff or replace with people who know how to serve people.

    Sana? Zethu was so cold and mean towards us. Did she not yell at me after I told her that there is no spoon and chilli salt? Bad, bad service eloxesha gravy nayo itshile. Nx! She also had the audacity to tell me in my face twice that I changed the order (drinks) after I told her she gave me the wrong drinks. We pay for food apha and this is the kinda service we get in return I expect an apology from the person that trained uZethu about customer service

    Visited for breakfast. No individual extra hash browns can be ordered, Food was OK, but ordering system was badly integrated, slow and front staff were constantly confused. Staff forgot to make the coffee and sweeteners were out of stock. We will go to the golden arches down the road next time we feel like a quick breakfast. Cuppachino was decent though. IN RESPONSE TO "Response from the owner" : Nothing more to add, I believe the above is an adequate summary of the experience.

    Ordered on the touch screen and still had to tell the lady at the counter what my order was. She then put the box of chips in the bag upside down so the chips were all over the place. I told her to fix it and then she wanted to use her hands to put them back. Her attitude was terrible after she was in the wrong. I asked for a new box of chips and she replaced them with cold and dry chips. I ordered large and she gave us regular. Terrible kfc. In all the years i have lived in hermanus i will say it gets worse by the month

    I guess you don't expect too much from a KFC drive-thru... Staff was unfriendly and indifferent. Order was accurate, had to ask for ketchup. Relatively fast service.

    Last night, when I went through the drive-thru, two things happened that weren't good. They charged me R2.50 extra for the Creme-Soda I chose - although I specifically said that I wanted to have a drink that would be included in the R57.90 advertised cost of the meal. Secondly, and way more serious, when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten my Colonel Burger. I called the store immediately and, even though they didn't offer to deliver my missing burger, they did compensate me with a free meal when I visited them again today.

    The drive through is no longer a drive through. Each time we go we have to wait in the parking area anywhere between 15-30 minutes. Again, went to the drive through and were told to wait 10 minutes in the parking area for them to prepare the chicken pieces. We were 1 of 3 people that were there. We ended up waiting 20 minutes and all the food we received was cold! Some of the chicken pieces were undercooked and definitely looked like it had been sitting all day, it was super dry and crusty chicken pieces that smelt awful and was definitely not good to eat anymore. The store is full of staff but not one seems to know or understand what is going on. Everyone is so busy doing everything and nothing at the same time and it is probably because management seems to be non existent. Extremely disappointed, waste of good money and cannot recommend this store at all to anyone!

    Not happy at all. Drove all the way from Kleinmond to buy KFC. Got harassed in the shop by a person who beg for food. Got our food, mash and gravy was not closed properly and messed over all the food. Gravu sauce all over chicken and twister. Sweet Chilli twister was poorly done. Sad to say will have to drive into town to get KFC or go to another take away establishment.

    Rarely give reviews, but had a disappointing experience at this KFC today. Only informed us that they don't have the flavouring salt for the sprinkle pops once we already paid. When we got home realised they also left out the fries that we had paid for too.

    If you dont have something on menu why u let people order, let wait several minutes and even dont tell its not available? Even sorry. This is ridiculous. As I read other reviews owner/manager should probably do something else.

    Very slow drive drive...Long wait. Poor service, kitchen looks filthy and messy threw the drive threw window. Too much horse play in the kitchen l. Unprofessional. Absolute disgrace

    Again the worst experience with the most unfriendly staff and the quality of your food is shocking compare to KFC in other areas. Had a KFC zinger burger that was rock hard and dried out. See photo attached. Unbelievable, manager said that I have to wait because there is no zinger burgers ready to replace mine. Proof that it was old dried out zinger burger from days ago. Don't have words anymore...always the same, always hope the next time it will be better.

    Not all the products was listed on the self help kiosk, so you have to go to the counter to order. When my order came, i asked for a cream soda but received a coke(not a problem at all, i just prefer cream soda) when i asked for the cream soda the waiter ignored me(didn't even acknowledge the request) but she did then give the correct drink. Then also didn't give salt for the chips.

    If I could give them zero stars I would. Arrived at the store, where parking was an issue as always (thanks to poor planning). Placed my order - on a Saturday night - and was informed they don't have burger buns for the Colonel burger, but I could order a Crunch or Streetwise burger (laughed... Because it's not like they couldn't put the Colonel burger's chicken on the Crunch burger bun. And they are situated next to two stores where they could buy buns if they really wanted). So I paid R90 for two Streetwise burgers and a Sprinkle Pops. The "burgers" were dry and burnt, and so squashed it barely resembled a burger. The "sprinkle" pops didn't have any sprinkles, and were so dry they were inedible. So I lodged a complaint via the survey on the slip. Guess what? Not so much as an apology - they couldn't even bother to address the complaint. I was sent a generic copy and paste email.

    It's been a long day. Place order. Had to wait outside full 20mins for four standard items. Food was okay, but I was hungry. Deffo not the efficient service one expects from fast food drive-through. Only go if you are very patient.

    Chicken dry and hard, Coke from under the counter, assistant too lazy to walk to the fridge, chips pale, no salt or tomato sauce given, had to ask for it. Not a great experience.

    I order directly from the kiosk, the ladies bathroom are out of order. I was approached by a homeless person asking for coffee or a meal at the door, the ladies behind the desk say nothing to these two people harassing their customers. Disappointed to say the least.

    Wow. Haven't seen this bad service in a long time. Let the people wait at the 1st order window with no vehicles in front of you until your order is done. They can be so much faster by filling up the entire driverthru

    For the first time in years I had an amazing experience at this kfc. Amazing service, the Manger helped me him self. You can really see this man knows what he's doing! I don't know if he's new or not but well done maruva for your excellent service and great manager that you are. Keep up the great work!!!!! 👍❤️

    I did an online vodapay exclusive purchase and I must say I was very impressed that the worker mentioned my name correctly and I said to her the app says I must collect in 5min. Well, I was helped within a minute, no stress.

    We opted to go inside instead of dtive thru because it there was about 2 people in the store. We ended waiting for more than 20minutes for 3 Krushers. They weren't even busy. Seems it was change of shift or something like that. Whatever the case, I think it's just poor service

    The staff were slow and didn't understand our order almost charged us for four meals when it should have been two. We wanted two wicked boxes but the lady added two fully loaded boxes and failed to remove the incorrect order when we tried to rectify her she had to call another two people for assistance. What a delay. Don't think I'll go back but there are not many halal options in Hermanus.

    In mid sentence of placing our order, the lady behind the counter starts talking to another customer. When I asked her to confirm our order as expected she only heard / got the 1st part. We weren't grated when stepping up to the counter, despite both my husband and I smiling and saying hello. Disappointed we quietly waited aside for our order. When it came the lady behind the counter shouted at us... What's your number. Plonked the food on the counter... No straws for the drinks... Just turned her back and ignored us again... You have to wonder what on earth made her act so rude towards us. We honestly don't know, but won't be going back any time soon.

    This is the dirtiest and worst KFC in the Western Cape. The bathrooms are filthy yet the register showed it was cleaned 1minute ago. Not to mention the floors and old food in the warmers. The service is really bad. The staff are chatting to each other and customers are not a priority so needless to say the orders are wrong. This is a tourist destination and it's embarrassing. Please don't reply with your automated email addy(based on your replies to previous reviews) , do something! This was our 2nd visit in 8days passing through Hermanus so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but will definitely not be visiting this establishment ever.

    No consistancy in the meals, 1 out of 10 times they get it right, big order portions have many times mistakes in the amount of portions, and the ratio between wings, thighs drum sticks and breast meat are never right. Thighs and drumsticks are a rarity to get, the rest is all wings and breasts. Breast meat are normally very dry. Service is poor, waiting times, especially inside the shop can be very long. There is always a kind of frantic atmosphere inside, every one running to get the orders done and out, which do not enhance your buying experience.

    Personally think that this branch is going backwards in the food quality and customer service. The chips was cold and old I had to go back in and ask for a fresh batch. There wasn't any secret mayo sauce on my burger. The chili salt was depleted. No apologies from the supervisor for the inconvenience. Seriously not a great experience.

    Took the store 30 - 40 mins to get my online order. Manager did not bother to come talk to me regarding the system delay instead the Cashier requested my phone to go assist whoever in the office to check for the order. This has never happened before and unfortunately Qskip doesn't exist at KFC.

    I am so sorry to share this with you. I have noticed over the last 3 months how service has deteriorated. Unfriendly staff inaccurate orders. This afternoon at 13h30 was the lowest point. The order window closed notwithstanding 5 cars in the cue. Unfriendly and inefficient staff. I ordered zinger wings with chips. Did not get the chips. The wings were zoggy with oil. If I were head office I will do an audit. Regards Ralph
