I'm
not
saying
clients
are
always
right
but
the
service
we
recieved
today
from
this
branch
is
pathetic.
We
were
assist
by
a
lovely
lady
named
Sindi
who
gave
us
great
service
until
your
drive
through
delivery
that
said
the
order
would
take
15
minutes.
This
order
was
placed
at
21:04
Order
number
564.
To
this
moment
9:50
we
have
just
received
our
parcel
incomplete.
We
have
waited
for
the
store
closure
just
to
get
our
orders
whilst
walk
in
clients
that
came
in
after
us
has
been
served
and
left
before
us.
We
on
route
back
home
to
Cape
Town
and
so
much
for
waiting
for
service
that
brings
displeasure
and
loss
of
appetite.
The
manager
on
duty
needs
to
get
customer
service
training
as
she's
leading
her
team
to
failure
if
this
is
the
route
of
customer
service.
All
that
can
be
said
is
that
clients
who
complain
are
clients
who
want
to
support
your
business
but
refuse
to
be
treated
badly.
