Just arrived in Hermanus for a bit of a break and popped in here for a quick bite. Had the old harbour platter and it's really good, the fish, calamari and fish cakes tasted great. Service is very good too, and the views are just wow! Menu is seafood orientated but there is a bit of everything, to cater for a variety of tastes.

Great view, food, and service! The portion sizes are huge and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Highly recommend the mussels, fish & chips, and wasabi fries. A bonus if you find their skybar upstairs—which seems to be must-visit on a Friday night. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Great view, average food. Just dropped by for an afternoon snack. I had the homemade bread with a poke bowl. The homemade bread turned out to be a home-buttered slice of toast (picture for reference). The poke bowl contained canned pineapples but was okay other than that.

This is the best restaurant I've ever been. It has a beautiful view and when it is nice and sunny they open the doors and you feel like you are in Paradise. The food is very delicious and filling. They have one of the best milkshakes I have ever had. There are games for children and adults to play when waiting for their food and if you like the games you can even buy the games at the place they have a whole Littles place where all the games are for sale.

Delicious little dinner spot with an absolute beautiful view over Hermanus old harbour. Best thing I ate in a while was a starter called Japanese oystes, absolutely delicious (photo attached) I also had the sweet and sour hake, which was delicious, not perfect, but very interesting and tasty. My wife had the salt and pepper calamari which was crispy, fresh and well seasoned. Accompanied by delicious cocktails it was a great dinner with good service. Slightly on the expensive side, but it's a great spot for a date night with beautiful views and absolutely friendly staff. Update - took visitors and family for the Japanese oysters, still the best on town. Just walked in and had oysters, I just had to share the goodness. Thanks for the great quality and interesting twist to an already delicious oyster. The regular oysters are also delicious, sweet and fresh. Will have one everytime I'm in Hermanus. Craving them already

Awesome local bar with great selection of drinks and specials. Try the oyster experience and the sushi is out of this world. Local beer specials was great.

Delicious Sushi tho the wasabi was a bit off. Beautiful view of the sea.🌊 Spotted whales for the first time at that day and got a free cocktail, a board with our name on it and a gift card worth 250 Rand for paintings in an art gallery!🐋🍹

What a great and easygoing restaurant for the family! Staff is super nice and funny and the food range really wide and good! From sushi to grilled kingklip to chicken strips for our little one - they had it all and it tasted great! I specially loved how the food was presented on the plate!

We had our best meal during our visit to the garden route here in Lemonicious. Delicious food , exceptional service and spectacular views over the bay. Recommend dishes: prawns with lemon & butter , baby kingklip and the paella.

Amazing sushi! Loved it. Best milkshakes for the kids (and adults) with a beautiful view of breaching whales. Board games available to play with friends and family.

Top quality and outstanding service!!! Tunasteak perfect. Sushi -whale of platter- in a fantastic quality. Very good and dry prosecco from italy! We had a perfect dinner for two and a fantastic view over the bay🐳🥂 we will comming back soon!

Great views, but unfortunately that is all there is to rave about. The food was absolutely below average. We had the cheese burger (because we just thought to have a safe choice... trying a new restaurant) and this burger was not good, especially for the price R135, the bun was not fresh, the cheese was a cheap slice of processed cheese, the garnish was minimal and the chips oily (didn't even eat them) ... And pcould've stopped by a fast food burger joint and eat the same average meal for R60 & sit on a bench with sea views... We won't be returning.

The food is really good!!!! Fresh seafood as fresh can get. The wait staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem is it's a little crowded/cramped..... overall a great experience. Booking in advance is recommended

Good cocktails, but sadly that was the only good thing. My girlfriend and I both ordered their line fish of the day, which was Kabeljou... and how we wish we ordered something different. We both have food poisoning now and need medical assistance. Spending R900 for a couple plates of mediocre fish and then getting sick from it - not worth it. Which is a shame because the restaurant looks beautiful and the cocktails were very nice. This was also my first time here as my South African girlfriend said this place was really nice - we were both really disappointed.

The view is great and the waiters are very friendly and professional - I enjoyed their positive spirits! Variety of items on the menu - maybe R20 or so more expensive than an average seafood restaurant but the food is deliciously prepared. Our table had squid heads, calamari, sushi and fish and everyone was happy.

Absolutely beautiful Seaview and very friendly staff. We had the Seafood platter for 2. It was more than enough and made to perfection. Diners next to us raved about the paella so next time I'll definitely order the paella.
