Delicious pizza, beautiful view, great atmosphere.

Waitress was super unfriendly and came across as racist. She spoke to us with attitude since we arrived but that's probably because we are coloured. When I asked her to cut the chilli's smaller she said straight no and again with attitude. We ordered steak waited a hour for our food. Our steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was rare. The manager came while we were speaking to the waitress but he was a complete waste as well. I would not recommend this place. Well if you're white then you will be welcomed there anytime. But if you're coloured then please don't go and embarrass yourself there

We like it very much. Sea Food, service, location. We ordered mussels and catch-of-the-day - everything was fresh, soft and delicious. The steak was also delicious and tooo big. Staff is very attentive , careful and welcoming. The location is not far away from the ocean, through the windows you may see it, moreover there is veranda your may join outside to feel salty air. 100% recommended.

If I could give a negative rating I would! I was given a broken baby chair that collapsed within a minute of putting baby in it. We ordered a starter and pizzas. Serviettes were provided with the starter but not with the pizza. A cocktail costs almost R80 and its tiny! Both pizzas ordered were drenched in mayonnaise to hide the fact that there was almost no cheese. The waiters are not interested in good service nor complaints. I highly recommend you choose a different restaurant.

It was relaxing to enjoy a nice cup of coffee at this restaurant. Staff is friendly and kind. Was a little winding, but when is it not windy in Hermanus. And it's a stone throw away from the beach and the view it something else.

Touristic place but very yummy pizza and reasonable price. Very close to the coast. All in all a good choice.

Top notch burgers and pizza, beer was great too. Located near market in great old stone building. Highly recommend for lunch on day trip to Hermanus.

Came here with my family on a business trip. We don't know Hermanus, so we were browsing through the seafront, trying to decide where to have dinner. Zamo's friendly greeting convinced us to stop at Paradiso. Everyone enjoyed their meal, save my sister. When she communicated her complaint, a manager immediately stepped in, friendly as can be, to accommodate her with a complimentary dish. The pizza I had (the Mona Lisa) was the single best pizza that I have had. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Paradiso.

I enjoy breakfast at Paradiso regularly on a Sunday morning. The delicious breakfast, excellent location and hospitality of the staff, both managers and waitrons, keep me coming back week after week. My favorite is their Easy Peasy breakfast ..... try it .... you won't be disappointed.

Loved it! Delicious food, good variety of burgers, pizza, salad, chicken wings, onion rings etc. Fresh ingredients, cosy table settings and awesome friendly staff. Nice wine selection and classic cocktails too. Menu is affordable with food averaging R80 to R150. Glass of wine between R50 and R60. Staff were super and the manageress made my night. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Staff. Each time we were treated so kindly. The coffee is really nice. If your in the area pay them a visit. It's wonder!!!!

Hi.. Just so we are clear.. and by all means, please check your cameras.. I left both the Pizzas on your table and I have mentioned to your manager.. your pizza base was stale and quite chewy.. I then went for fresh Pizza at Embers.. what a great Pizza I had there.. every pizza they make, is fresh as they make and role the dough as you order..

Great food. Great atmosphere. After a long drive to Hermanus we looked for somewhere to stop in and enjoy some food. I ordered their chicken salad and was thoroughly satisfied. Our entire table enjoyed all their meals.

Delicious hamburgers and a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff and at such a neat restaurant with a stunning view. Will definitively be back for their food and milkshakes.

What an experience! If you are looking for a great meal with a view to boost, this is the place!

Nice place but a lot of problems. The loadsheddding caused all the waiters told everyone the generator wasn't working. We sat for an hour with our waiter only checking in once and once the food arrived, it was noticeably smaller than one would expect for the price. We also wait around 20 minutes after asking the waiter for something like a takeaway box or drinks. Would not recommend if you are hungry or in a hurry.

The waiters are friendly and service is good, but the food was a big letdown. All the food was very salty to the point where you struggled to eat the food. Too expensive for what you get.

We love to visit this restaurant when we visit Hermanus. The atmosphere is really relaxing and the food is excellent. The service is also very good. I had the catch of the day, Yellowtail, and it was fresh and tasty. Paradiso also has a lovely sea view, with very nice seating outside.

Ordered Jalepeno Poppers , which was Red. The poppers were unbearably hot, to the point we couldn’t feel our lips/taste. Relayed same to the owner ( the waiter informed us 3 other patrons complained about the same thing) . The owner responded that Poppers should be hot. Unwilling to taste, or improve ingredient selection. Burgers are terrible . Meat is cheap. Burger overpriced , will not recommend.

We had drinks and ordered a pizza to go. The pizza was DELICIOUS! The drinks were good, too. The only let down were the 2 waitresses who seemed inconvenienced by our being there. They were just lacking some manners or even a smile in how they addressed patrons. I tried to coax smiles out of them but it wasn't that easy 😄 but hopefully, they were just having a bad day and they are usually warmer and kinder.

Not sure what has happened since my last visit, but this is far from the Paradiso I have come to know and love. Service very distant and inexperienced, no teamwork at all, food inconsistent and expensive, management nowhere to be seen... Unlikely to return, which is a sad thing for me to say.

Visited the restaurant for lunch. I ordered the nachos. Wasn't too pleased with it mainly because it didn't match the description in the menu. The guacamole was diced avo and salsa was diced red onion and tomato. The ingredients were sparse and didn't match the image online. I asked to speak to the manager just to bring it to his attention. The response was : oh ok, il tell the kitchen staff, is there anything else Could of been handled differently.

Fantastic effort by our waitress Kim. The restaurant was full and I could see the team was under a lot of pressure. But Kim stayed cool and friendly. The food was well worth the wait

Amazing service, great vibes and incredible tasting well priced food especially the burgers. Definitely the place to be!
