Ate there on the 27th of December. Three of the menu items were unavailable. Our waitress finally brought us the wrong dish. When we told her she took a dish away from another customer and gave it to us. After insisting on seeing the manager he sorted the mess out. He didn't apologise and couldn't have been less interested. A pity, because the food was very tasteful.

Good service, delicious cappuccino with a thick, rich and creamy silky smooth foam. Best carrot cake I have ever tasted.

While the cheesecake was nice it was very sweet. The iced latte was pretty average. Staff were friendly.

I am all for supporting local establishments but after our experience today, no more The Deli Coffee Co. 1. Ordered carrot cake - after 5 mins waitress comes back, sorry no more cc. (Shouldn't she know beforehand if a certain item is no longer available?) 2. The lid off the salt grinder was loose, resulting in a whole lot of salt on the dish, table and floor. Food taken away and sorted out. Table not cleaned immediately, and floor half cleaned, 10 mins later. 3. Soft drink ordered. Arrived after the meal was finished. 4. Loyalty card given 1 clip (3 hot drinks ordered). Reason for 1 clip - only 1 allowed per order. (Had a meal a few days ago and had two coffees and received two clips. (Every time a loyalty card is clipped a different pattern is shown). So maybe new year, new rule. So 3 (no 4) strikes and you are out. Will no longer support them.

SERVICE is terrible, waiter taking order and forget to bring the the complete order, asked again for what we ordered and nothing came, we asked for the bill. The product was on the bill but not received it. FOOD, Millionaires cake is so dry and old, 1/10 for quality. Carrot cupcake, dry and old. Not worth going there. Extremely expensive and quality is 1/10

The best fish paste in the world. Home made and fresh. An absolute explosion of the taste. With sour dough bread.

Bad service from both waiter and manager

Mediocre food and service. Expensive. Can't recommend.

Some of the food is amazing (e.g. chicken livers) but others are average. Service is incredibly slow and disjointed - it will take a long time for someone to take your order, and then your food will start coming out sporadically.

Had a great experience here. Our food and drinks were excellent as we're the staff.

I was attended to immediately by the waitress. However, the waitresses all stood next to the paypoint located by the tables and spoke loudly. This was in front of management. I moved tables and when I wanted to report this, i was ignored. Not the first time that management ignores patrons

Good coffee, relaxing atmosphere and good service.

The manager or owner was more interested i if I paid for the the jam i had in my hand than enquiring about the meal my family and just had.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my food and when I eventually got it, it was the wrong order..the waiter didn't even apologize and pretended as if it was my mistake. The manager then had to come apologize to me (he was very nice). I will NEVER eat there again.

Always have had a Feta and spinach muffin and even took my friends to enjoy it. Then one day I got a VERY dry muffin, and the Manager took it back, gave another one but same story and again the Manager apologized. Months past, and yesterday I thought lets have a try, and a ordered my one once belove moist spinach and Feta muffin again. What a disappointment - it was so dry, when I tried to cut it, the knife won't get in, and it jump out of my plate. People around my have a good laugh, and I have to take it back. I will never go back to The Deli Coffee Co in Whale Coast Mall.

My family and I love coming here for a meal - everything is always tasty, the staff are always lovely and the restaurant is always spotless!
