Very nice experience I was in and they served me very quickly.

We waited in the que for 29 min before they even wanted to take our order. Then they took another 20 min to produce something that looked nothing that we ordered. They forgot the chips and tomato sauce.

Nothing to say I don't want to upset me

Lost case place, worst service ever. They made people order and pay but forgot to tell everyone there was a shortage on chicken and plus the little amount of chicken they had was just placed in the oven and people had to stand and wait 45min. Worst experience.

Absolutely disgusting food/service. Have given them a few chances and never seem to get it right. Last order was over R500+ and was what I can only imagine to be last nights recycled food that was burnt!

After the bad experience at KFC Sandbaai this branch wowed me. The Q was long but moved swiftly. The entire system was offline and was cash only. But that didn't stop the awesome service from this branch. The lady at the till wrote on a very long list the orders and calculated the cost. And she knew the prices very well. Her helper asked our order shouted through the window to the kitchen staff and miracles happened. Food were popping out out like there was a team of 100 preparing it. No system to check out or follow. Just the great communication and team work of the staff. 10 🌟 for you guys. Keep up the great work 👍

There is such a delay at this KFC. There are three tills plenty of staff members, bit only one till is being operated at a time and really no empathy from the staff regarding the 20 people in the que. The KFC is relatively small, bit hot and stuffy inside with little space, especially given the long que times. December will be a nightmare if they have the same level of service. There are a few tables on the side that can be used to sit down, bit occupancy levels is extremely high given the number of customers. All in all you better really value you mashed up fried non-freerange chicken to make this a worthy experience.

I went there Friday night after work,the cashier was so unfriendly with a serious face like she was forced to come to work, I didn't even hear her greeting me or confirming my order. She needs to work at Back.worst service ever.

The worst KFC I have ever experienced! I have never had a good experience at this KFC. Once we ordered a meal for one person and it took them 20 minutes to prepare it. They were glaring at us all the while. Another time my brother and his friends ate there. All of them had food poisoning that night. Yet another time I got food there with my friend and they were rude and passive aggressive towards us. Do not eat at this KFC and if you do please order your food online! If they see you and there's something they don't like about you they may take it upon themselves to punish you. Or at least it feels like that.

The toilet facilities were putrid, and right next to the seating. We would've liked to dine in, but we're forced to eat in the car, as the tables weren't cleaned timeously, and the putrid smell of the toilet almost took our appetite away. The staff serving at the till were friendly and helpful.

The staff was polite and the service was excellent Clean and we will definitely stop again there if we are on the road again.

Recently I travel a lot in the Western Cape and have now anew discovered Kentucky for a meal that is not disapointing. I am hooked. Hermanus, Worcester, Vredendal...Kentucky is tops! Not expensive at all.

The delay to be served was excessive for take out . Order placed, paid and then a 35 min wait for our meal. A client left and was refunded because she couldn't wait any longer as she had an appointment. Very poor interaction from staff. Had to ask the staff to clean up a big wet spill in the waiting area, unnecessary accident situation.

Pretty below average KFC but it gets you there.

Don't be fooled by KFC's menu item of 9pc chicken + Large chips for R125. You ONLY get the chips if you order ONLINE. A detail they will gladly point out to you when you get there. :-(

The food is good. They are always busy, so you need to wait for your food. Staff are friendly.

Would have been a 5 star but they forgot my pops, no spoons, even though we ordered coleslaw. No napkins! Food was fresh and delicious though.
