Romans pizza your customer service has disappointed me a lot,,I have been a loyal romas pizza customer for years and I have been ordering pizza from the same address for delivery for the past 2 years almost every single week and my details are even in your system and even some of your delivery guys k ow me well now because I would order almost every week and then one day I try to place an order for delivery and without much explanation all you is we are no longer delivering to the area of your address from now and yet for the past 2 years I have been ordering from the same address almost weekly and then I request to talk to the manager just to get a clear explanation but then the manager who answered me on the shift was just giving me an attitude you can check your recorded call to hear the stated conversation...I was very disappointed in your services at least you should have given us a more clear explanation than just to say we are no longer delivering that side amd to make matters worse all you could say was come and collect it yourself that was the best explanation you could give to a customer who has been loyal to your services for 2 years weekly at least a detailed explanation could have been better that for me was customer service at its poorest level......

As always the service and food was outstanding. Had a little issue with website, but I phoned and all was sorted. Staff always friendly.

Staff working that day was not very helpful. 2 months ago, I contacted and asked if you do operate during loadshedding, and they said they do. Drove 35 km to get there and when got there and they were colsed. Phoned asked why they were closed said they don't operate during loadshedding. Waited untill electricity came on and the woman said no she can't help me with thick base pizzas because they don't have bases. You are closed for 2h and you don't have the time to make or say we will open after loadshedding and what would you like to order and then inform me you do not have certain things available at the time. Just no we don't operate during loadshedding. Best of all we went the previous month in loadshedding and were helped.

We have ordered your Fetaroni countless times since you have opened the store and never had an issue but the one we ordered yesterday was completely inedible between 3 people, whom have medium - high heat tolerance. This was unfortunately a waste of money. There was too much Jalapeno/oil or both. Still giving 5 stars as I've never had an issue for many years and service has always been excellent. Kind Regards

Ordered online at 6pm and pizza only gets delivered a hour and a half later. We live 5 blocks from the store! Wished that the store sorted their delivery service out!

Food was great, service is great. But if you going to have a seating area, then please have straws or at least cutlery for people eating in. And a little music never hurt anyone.

Mr D app made a duplicate order. I figured this restaurant staff would have enough savvy to notice this duplicate error from mr D, but no, they fulfill the duplicate order. Disappointed

Worst Pizza of all time ! Bland cold and way too much garlic. Not worth the price at all.

Wow! The people on duty were amazing. I really admired the way they calmly and professionally handled the other customers and myself. My order was ready and correct in a very short time. Delicious as always. Whilst waiting for the kitchen to prepare the takeaway there was great viewing material on the TV display. I definitely recommend Hermanus Romans Pizza.

Needed a place to eat later at night closer to Hermanus. It was tricky to find somewhere. Ordering was easy and the food was ready fast. Pizzas tasted good 😊

It's disappointing that the medium sized pizza are unavailable. The menu sucks as the pizzas are all basically the same. The menu layout doesn't help. All this has nothing to do with the branch but rather the brand. It's the last time I eat Roman's. Two toppings isn't a pizza. Herbs, spices and a good tomato base makes it. The Roman empire has fallen.
