Am
in
the
event
planning
business.
Tried
to
book
my
group
directly
with
SA
Forest
and
immediately
the
service
was
so
unprofessional
that
I
ended
up
booking
through
a
third
party
(and
only
because
the
client
was
very
keen
to
proceed,
and
unfortunately
there
aren't
any
other
suppliers
in
the
area).
A
third
party
booking
meant
that
they
could
deal
directly
with
all
the
unpleasantness.The
Google
rating
isn't
bad
at
4.5
so
I
rationalised
that
the
service
on
the
ground
had
to
be
better,
but
I
should've
listened
to
my
gut.
Long
story
short,
the
booking
process
was
chaotic,
messy
and
hostile
-
first
SA
Forest
refused
to
book
our
group
together
in
one
slot
so
we
were
obliged
to
split
the
group
into
two
time
slots;
then
they
sold
our
first
slot
to
another
group
although
I
had
already
paid
a
deposit,
which
they
reinstated
after
much
fuss,
only
to
have
my
first
group
arrive
and
share
the
slot
with
the
very
same
group
they
had
allegedly
cancelled.
Consequently,
and
as
expected,
the
experience
was
a
comedy
of
errors
and
unpleasant
-
not
enough
guides,
too
much
time
spent
on
inadequate
training,
no
explanations
as
to
why
there
was
a
delay
(the
guides
ignored
my
group),
a
very
late
start
(1
hour
late)
and
a
shortened
ride
(1
hour).
And
throughout
it
all,
they
lied
and
made
up
all
sorts
of
stories
thinking
that
they
were
placating
me.
Their
behaviour
was
shameless
and
transparent.
Haven't
received
the
promised
apology,
nor
some
sort
of
goodwill
refund
for
the
people
who
did
not
enjoy
the
ride
because
they
felt
unsafe.
The
worst
supplier
experience
in
all
my
20
years
of
being
in
the
business.
Am
surprised
at
the
rating,
to
be
honest,
so
have
given
them
a
1
star
because
zero
is
not
available.
