Beautiful place for nature lovers and those who love the outdoors. The scenery is beautiful and the walk paths is well laid out and not so strenuous. Sunsets are always beautiful from these locations

Dog-friendly beach with more than enough space. Very good & neat showers for after a swim. Walk around the beach path and you can grab a coffee from the stands along the way!

Lovely beach setting with changing rooms and ablutions. Benches for sitting and a food caravan there daily, unless the weather is too unpleasant. Cliff path is well maintained. Beach is a safe Cove between rocky outcrops. Parking area above the beach.

I am biaised, I grew up in Hermanus and used to surf at this beach for three years before I moved. Still small village charm, grass elevated amphitheatre of the beach area and decent beach conditions. Care that this beach can be dangerous due to rip tides and sudden dropoffs on the sand floor so be prepared.

Lovely and cozy place for swimming and body boarding/surfing

Easily accessible from Main rd, amazing sunsets, lovely grassy picnic areas, wave action a bit harsh for swimming but still fabulous for a refreshing dip. Clean and ample restrooms and change rooms.

One of my favorite beaches, take the path right and visit the beach next door. When we visit we make a point of going for a swim there followed by an ice cream from the vendor there. A little slice of heaven

Located between cliffs is this sandy beach. Good for easy bodyboarding, surfing, supping or just swimming. Nice view over bay from above parking lot.

Gets packed during peak season, so go early. But out of season it is a really nice beach for adults with kids. Lit quieter than Grotto

Beautiful views of whales last Sat and Sun. Clean area with ablution and a kiosk selling basic drinks and snacks. Benches to sit on, links to cliff walks and grass lawns.

Feels like our own private beach when we at Voelklip, with easy access to the waves for surfing.
