This is the 3rd time I have done the Zipline in the Hottentot Mountains and it just gets better each time. The staff are friendly, helpful, fun and very strict with safety rules. Adrenaline levels are high and the views are spectacular!!

What an experience!! I went with my family and it made for a great outing. Getting to see nature from this point of view is incredible and truly breathtaking! Our tour guides were amazing and added humour to our morning (as well as helping those with a fear of heights get through it). Highly recommend doing this

If you haven't done this activity, DO IT. The most spectacular surroundings and the most friendliest and knowledgable staff. 11x well-maintained ziplines in the heart of the most beautiful setting. The gear is in a very good state and at no point did I feel unsafe. There is a 1km walk back to the pick-up point omce ylu have experienced all the ziplines. There is wifi onsite, toilets and a coffee/snack bar (no cash, card payments only). 10/10 - highly recommend!!

Definitely in my top 3 Ziplines in SA! Staff are professional and very knowledgeable in the nature reserve. The guides have many years experience in the reserve and it shows. I would highly recommend to anyone even if you have fear of heights. The guides ensure proper processes are followed and puts you so much at ease, allowing you to soak up the beautiful surroundings. Elroy and his team mate gave us a unforgettable experience in the Hottentots Mountains. Kudos 👏 Keep up the great service.

My second visit this year, this time for free because it was my birthday. Took my brother-in-law with. Enjoyed it even more than the first time. Again, the guides were brilliant, funny, supportive, and very professional. My brother-in-law is also planning on going again.

If you enjoy nature and don't mind the heights.. then this is for you!! Your local guide will ensure your safety at all time so while gliding high up in the sky don't forget to breath and enjoy every second.

A very well organised setup where you feel safe and are well treated. After the briefing and massage drive up the mountain, a lot of fun is had coming down with the 11 ziplines.

Really special zipline experience, and an amazing way to see a World Heritage site. Totally different to ziplines we've completed elsewhere in the world with some unique platforms to leap from. The crews are super friendly and put us totally at ease, especially with 11 lines to complete! Be aware, there is a hike in and a longer hike out, so pack layers to keep you warm on the lines and let you cool down on the hike back to the truck.

Really enjoyed this experience. Small group, experienced guides. Amazing views, things you could otherwise never see like waterfalls and ravines. Clinging to the rock face, the platforms are quite a feat to put together.

This review is coming a bit late, I went in April, but it was that good, that I need to give it 5 stars. Ngoni, Hilda & Jet Lee 🤣 were absolutely brilliant. I felt incredibly safe & knew I was in the competent hands of professionals. The experience is like no other I've had. It was absolutely exhilarating. My husband is terrified of heights & I managed to convince him to do it. After a few zips, he was really into it & wholly enjoyed the event. Would 100% recommend, a must for a holiday in South Africa. Thank you for the memories!

This was an amazing adventure. For the price and time spent out hanging on a piece of wire :) . I must say money well spent for the hours of fun had by myself and friends on this tour. I have since heard that there is going to be a longer line added. Can't wait to give this one a go. Looking forward to it

We loved our Cape Canopy tour. We went on a day that the weather was not great. It was super cold and misty. Our guides made sure it is safe and we have a great tour with great views. Even had some great hot chocolate and biscuits at the end. Will definitely recommend!

Wow February 2023 After gathering at the office, we had a short briefing on what to expect and of course we were shown all the safety instructions. After the induction we took a 20 to 30 minute trip up into the mountain to the start of the zipline course. The quality of the equipment that is used/being used is top class and you can see that the rigs and platforms are kept in good condition. The ziplining is really good fun and was enjoyed thoroughly by all. #flyairNature #capecanopytour

What a magnificent experience! Zip lining was professionally done with constant attention to safety procedures. The slides where exhilarating and the valleys simply breathtaking. Highly recommend this experience.

Not that these guys need another 5 star review - but we had a great time. We had 2 "reluctant" participants in our party, but the guides were able to get one comfortable quickly and the other ended up tandem zipping the whole way with one of the guides making it so our whole party survived and enjoyed the whole experience. Great beauty and scenery. The trip up the mountain alone was worth the price of admission. Thank you!

An absolute must! The views are insanely beautiful and we had amazing guides (Elroy and KG) to take us on a truly magnificent adventure.

What an amazing experience for all ages. We had so much fun and did this with a friend with cancer that wanted to tick this off her bucket list!!! Weather was brilliant and we went on a sunday. Take a light jacket with as it gets cold in the mountains something we did not think about. If you wear glasses make sure to have a neck band so it can't fall if it does no way of getting it back. In our group we met 2 Americans an Irish couple and they were stuck with 5 crazy south Africans. 😜 The tour guides was great and brilliant with kids ...and scared adults too... 11 zip lines and a bridge over troubled waters as we named it. Do yourself a favor and GO! Its worth it!!!! Thank you guys at cape canopy Grabouw!!!! Regards Carla

A bit daunting on the first two ziplines, but then we eased into it. The guides were professional daredevils, we were in safe hands. Hottentots Nature Reserve is very beautiful. The only painful downside was the walk back up to the van after the last zipline.

👍👍 This is truly a great experience! You can enjoy nature at its best. The trail routes are clearly marked. We did not have any difficulties navigating along the well kept trails. The nature reserve staf are friendly and helpful. Take your swimming gear with when you do the waterfall route.

👍👍 Ataraxia has wonderful wines, I couldn't pick just one I loved. The tasting room is beautiful, situated in an old-style chapel. The views of the vineyards is amazing. There's a bit of a wait if you have not booked and it's busy - but enough time to wander around outside and take photos.
