👍👍 This place is a must visit when spending time in Franschoek, we did the Cap Classique experience with music and chocolate and it was honestly 1 of the best tasting experiences we’ve had so far. The vibe, the stories and the wine is fantastic! People often mention wine, experience, tasting, great, wines, recommend,

What an absolutely wonderful way to spend an afternoon wine tasting! And such a unique experience pairing the wines with iconic soundtracks! One of the founders, Kevin Swart, took us on a journey, sharing tales of how the names of their wines were chosen, how the concepts were created for the branding and design and how the tastes of each wine was developed. Then, while sipping on the wine, he plays a soundtrack that he believes symbolizes the essence of that particular wine. A. Their wines and MCCs are outstanding! B. If you buy wine, the cost of the wine tasting is deducted. C. The wine tasting portions are very generous... so order an uber. Bookings can be made online, and at the moment these experiences are only done on Saturdays at 11h00. We rolled out of there about 13h30.

Today was my 2nd visit. Having had such a fantastic first Vine and Vinyl experience with Kevin previously, I was thrilled to revisit for a friend's birthday. Jacques was our host today and the experience was just as wonderful but quite a contrast from the first. It was interesting to hear different explanations of the process from the vintner and alternative music pairings for each wine. All I can day is go..... Especially fun with a group of friends. Not at all intense but you still learn a lot, in a lighthearted, chilled environment. I look forward to my 3rd visit 🥂🍷

The experience was just 2 stars for us, but a friend that went previously is always raving about his experience. I think we just had the rare bad experience. When we arrived the owner said that he was disappointed in the size of our group because he doesn’t make money off the tastings. It spoiled the experience for us. Very awkward to listen to music and drink with someone that’s disappointed. Beautiful vineyard. I’d recommend this place for a large group.

If you only go to one vineyard this is the one. If you get fatigued by multiple wine tastings this is the one you will remember. Kevin has done something amazing at Black Elephant, great wine and great marketing add up to 3 here. I'm hooked - can't wait to get my hands on the next vintage of Amazing Grace. Will

Perfect; the Mrs. and I did the Wine and Music Pairing Experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone in heading to the winelands. This house produces in my opinion the best MCC in the country, without a shadow of doubt. The MCC that comes out of this house, is far superior to most champagne's that you'll find in your local bottle store. The venue is beautiful and intimate, and curated with art pieces from around the world. Kevin hosted us all amazingly, and created a great social experience that we'll remember for years to come. We will definitely be back.

Be in the present with a tantalizing musical experience hosted by the owner that takes you on a journey through emotions wine has never had. When you mix colour, a bottle and content with emotions only you can feel and live the journey is worthwhile.

Nothing beats this wine tasting to music. Charismatic owner, warm funky atmosphere, super wines and just an amazing experience. Makes most other wine farms feel decidedly average.

Husband and I did the wine and music pairing - and it was the best experience we had during our wine tasting tour. Great wines, great experience, and a great company that stands for something more than just creating great wine. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!!

This is a MUST if staying in Franschhoek. Kevin is SO knowledgable about wine production and he is a lovely guy. Answered all our questions. Learned more about wine during this wine tasting that I have learned in a lifetime! AND had a "bop" too. Cannot recommend highly enough.
