Last night my wife went to the casino They only give payouts to the people who stay around the casino the visitors gets little to none payouts The floor in the bathroom was wet, and there was no caution sign, my wife almost fell She gave her card back to them and the lady at the front desk did not even seemed to be bothered by it, due to the fact that she told her that she won't be coming back again. As for the 1 star rating, a minus rating would actually be fitting. As for covid regulations, there were not enough sanitising stations neither were the staff asking the people to keep their masks on.

Great place. Needs better management of facilities. Pools are small and get crowded. People smoke, consume alcohol and get vulgar in pools. No controls in place.

We had an awesome weekend in the warm pools and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The Hotel's buffet breakfasts are amazing. We did not go into the casino itself though, not interested.

Stunning friendly service. Beautiful, clean, lovely gardens, beautiful relaxing spa's to wind down and enjoy! Great Restaurant...prices good! We are definitely going back!

So disappointed, 90% of play area machines don't work, but they keep the coin slot open. Staff unwilling to help children. Waited 50min for a meal. Staff rude and despondent, ruined our family day, will never return, please don't waste your time going to Caledon Casino, you will be disappointed.

Amazing weekend getaway. Loved the hot springs and had a great spa treatment. Ideal way to melt away the stress and busy city lifestyle.

A weekend at Caledon hotel, what a stunning place with its hot spa's and natural spring pools. We're not the Casino type so can't say much about that side.

The food was okay but can be improved , the staff was friendly but you could see they were over worked and it seemed as if they were short staffed, the spa was great as usual. I visited the gym but was very disappointed with the state of the equipment. The gym needs maintenance, some of the equipment was not working properly and a safety hazard. If I decide to return it will be for the spa treatments only.

Always a good place to relax and rejuvenate. Don’t come with expectations of doing much. It’s really a place to chill and gather your thoughts.

Lots of slot machines but they have have blackjack and a roulette table as well. There's a spa and restaurant right next to the casino and a Arcade downstairs for the kids.

Had a good week of relaxation. The hit water spa is a good gem and very soothing to the soul and joints

Absolutely amazing service. My daughter enjoyed the ride with the golf car. Food at Da Vinci was amazing. We went to the games, and my daughter had a ball of a time. The only thing missing was the fish. My daughter was disappointed when she didn't see them swimming there. Overall, it was a very pleasant atmosphere and experience.
