The apartments where we stayed were huge and had all the amenities you could possibly need. However, when there were blackouts they had no generators so there was no electricity whatsoever. They also had no blinds/shutters/curtains on some of the large windows downstairs which didn't give you enough privacy. The room was lovely though and had a balcony and ensure bathrooms. Underground parking is also available.

This hotel is situated in the most beautiful location, The rooms are kept neat and quite spacious. This is perfect for a couple or a family like wise. They have great staff and are right next to the beach.

Loved our stay here! Wished we could have stayed longer than two nights. We were in a great self catering unit with a balcony and hot tub! So impressed! Breakfast every morning was delicious and our location was top notch. Pictures are mostly views from the balcony. Two minute walk to the main hotel for breakfast. A little but noisy on the street at night but not crazily so.

Had the most wonderful two night stay. So glad we stayed here and would return at the drop of a hat! Everything was great!

Great 2 night stay at Harbour House Hotel. Could see whales swimming in the Bay from our balcony. Easy drive to Gaansbai from here to do whale watching.

Brilliance incarnate. Kudos to hosts Kayla and Connor who made us aware of how everything works, were completely professional and friendly. The apartments were clean, sleek, modern and a pleasure to spend time in. The shower was powerful and the products phenomenal. My only complaint was that the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Nice restaurant. Good skons & coffee. Food was really delicious. Haven't sleped there.

In this day with loadshedding being in full swing for more than 10 years establishments that serve the public just cannot be without some form of backup power. This morning the power was out from before 7am and we were unable to make coffee in the room. Phoned the service desk asking if it would be possible to bring coffee to the room and got an emphatic NO... we do not do room service. Sorry, unacceptable. The least you could do if you have no backup power is offer coffee to the rooms in the morning. Breakfast was below average. Please do not serve dishes your staff cannot prepare. Eggs benedict was inedible. The English breakfast barely passable.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Very pet friendly...we took our pup with. The rooms, the service and the food all top notch. We will definitely be back.

#hotellife what more can I say, the rooms were spacious, the beds were amazing, the complimentary scones were delicious, breakfast to die for and the bath was in eyes view of the tv love it! The staff are friendly and the amenities a plenty. Take a swim if you stay over there the pools temperature is perfect. Special thanks to Michelle for her amazing service! Will definitely be staying here again!

An absolute jewel of a place, the hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious overlooking the sea. Staff at the hotel were all friendly, helpful and totally professional, we had a wonderful few days and will definitely return one day.

For the first time in many years of support and complaints about service and cleanliness which always fell on deaf ears we came across Conner. He sorted out our blocked smelly shower drain as well as a faulty Safe with dead batteries and a faulty extraction fan in the bathroom. Thank you Conner .

It's position overlooking the old harbour is second to none. Rooms are spacious and modern fitted with fridge, coffee machine and microwave.

This is by far the best 👌 hotels I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was amazing. I'm really happy with this hotel. My favorite part is their breakfast, everything was top notch.

Fabulous place, fabulous room with great view over Walker Bay, facilities to bring in a takeaway with fridge, microwave, able to make coffee/tea at any time. Bit noisy in the day but quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with wide choice and super staff, right down to the domestic ladies who popped in to clean.

Amazing hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms with excellent facilities. Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to meet all our requirements especially Angela. Very close to amenities, restaurants and shops. Great sea views. We'll visit again.

This hotel makes the best scones ever. Great service. I have not stayed at this hotel but I'm sure the accommodation is great 👌

Loved the hotel and its location. Only problem was load sharing (power cuts) and lack of a generator. It meant that if we wanted to use the lift we had to be back in our room by 8pm and then couldn't make a hot drink, read or watch TV. A generator would be a god send
