Extremely friendly and kind staff!! The location and view is perfect for anyone who plays golf. Otherwise, it may be a bit "far" from the coast, like 4min by car. The room with the view to the green is perfect for us. The common area is cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

A true home away from home getaway… Comfortable with lovely views of the golf course and cozy areas to relax. Most loved is the sincere and friendly welcoming from all the staff who really are all fantastic. Great breakfast made with love and an honesty bar where you can relax and feel totally at ease. Well situated close to all amenities with secure parking and easy access out and about town. Highly recommended .. would love to go back ..

Excellent establishment with friendly staff. Luxury rooms & delicious breakfast. Convenient location but still quiet & peaceful. Be warned the geyser is turned off until 4pm each day so one cannot shower on arrival or call ahead to request it earlier if you need to freshen up after check-in

Lovely place with a nice view over the golf course. The beds and pillows were the best we have seen in a long time and resulted in us ‘sleeping like a baby’. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was good after we operated the machine to produce extra strong coffee (being Dutch ☕️)

We stayed at the Lodge last night and had a fantastic stay. The venue is beautiful and so much attention is paid to the detail in the house and rooms. John took such good care of us. We had and amazing breakfast prepared by him. He is a real asset! We can highly recommend the lodge and will be back

I spent my 30th birthday at the lodge recently and it was absolutely blissful. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included in the morning was scrumptious and presented beautifully. Every aspect one could expect was catered for and beyond. The wife and i still laugh about how we got lost, looking for the place, as we were not really focusing on the signage. We arrived at the establishment and were greeted by John, very legendary fella. He took us in, helped with the luggage and explained everything to us. Nice touch with the sherry in the room 😉. Didn't make much use of the lounge area, but it was something to marvel. The breakfast was very delicious i must admit, you could mess around and snack for lunch if you have a small stomach like myself. Now remember i told you John was legendary, well he actually prepares the breakfast with the aid of a lady (sorry forgot her name), something of a dynamic duo. Wifi was on point always and uncapped, cleanliness on a 💯. Walks around the golf course are also possible in the mornings before play, and afternoon after play. Actually can't fault the place, enjoyed it thoroughly.

This venue is superb- views of the mountain on the one side, golf course on the other. Rooms are spacious, with balcony - love the decor! Generous breakfast and the Hermanus market just around the corner. This is the one venue I will come back to , over and over again- experienced this when my children were small, and now that they are grown, my wife and I still love it!

Although the room was 5 star only gave it 4 due to its size and layout. The whole place is definitely 5 star. Sitting in front of an open fire on a cold, windy day was great. Also, having the ability to buy wine or beer on site was an added bonus. John and Moline were excellent at breakfast, which was great. Highly recommended!

Fabulous! We recently stayed at Hermanus Lodge on the Green for 3 nights in 3 rooms and I was truly impressed. The hosts, Charl and Riana, are excellent and experienced at knowing what their guests want and go out of their way to provide only the best. Beautiful rooms with quality bedding. I was in Room 2 and the bed sleeps dreamy. We could lounge together in the living room around the fireplace overlooking the golf course or swimming pool area. The breakfast was just perfect in the dining area, also with it's own fireplace and tranquil views. A special thanks to Moline - you are 5 stars!

Great place to stay, also for a longer period. Cozy atmosphere, with great view to the garden/golfcourse. Staff is super friendly and passionated (“Blessed” our Guest-Manager/cook prepared the best Omelette in 🇿🇦). Nice chat with the Owner, keep up the great work. Thanks for having us…

Great location to visit with some enjoyable restaurants in the area. Very modern shopping mall < 5 mins away. Room was fine and attention from staff excellent. The breakfast is second to none.

Very cosy hotel with good service and the BEST Omelette in the wordl! ;)
