Relatively easy check-in, small but cozy apartments. Very clean and tidy. Stayed for 4 days. Super accomodating, ask and you shall receive. Happily changed our breakfast into lunchpacks for the crew and made our entire experience seamless. Updated this to 5 stars. Will definitely be coming again, thank you 👌

The Windsor Hotel is an institution in Hermanus with very good reason. Comfy rooms, excellent breakfast and an amazing ocean view. What more can you ask for. We are firm regulars and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Please be aware that the security at Windsor Hotel Apartments, part of Windsor Hotel Hermanus , is abysmal. We had an intruder enter our self-catering apartment early in the morning a few weeks ago while we were asleep, and several electronic and personal items valued at over R70k were stolen. No proper CCTV system, motion sensors inside the property not activated, caretaker unaware of what's going on etc. Owner's response ........ use the security safe inside the apartment. Really?? Lock mobile phones etc in the safe overnight while the room is occupied and phones and tablets are charging? And, no offer of any form of compensation either. Not what I'd expect from such a high-end establishment. Edit: Vagrants congregate and sleep in the bush opposite the hotel EVERY night!

Lovely, if not very "colonial style experience". We'll be back sometime soon. Very well maintained. Lovely staff.

Overall very happy. Would have loved an aircon in the room but the fan did its job. The oats cookies and round choclate disks is a nice touch. Staff friendly
