The place was super clean, amazing location - Fred was an incredible host, he went out of his way to find us a Christmas lunch. Fred was super accommodating and went out of his way to make our experience 5 star :) we will definitely be back!

An uncomplicated stay - a clean, comfortable room, secure parking. Brilliant location.

Lovely Inn and very central. Right in middle of town and close to great restaurants. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. Only issue was the small shower.

Personal touch. Fred was waiting for us on arrival. We had small problem with door. It was fixed immediately. Advise on restaurants was great. I will go there every time. Walking distance for town centre. Excellent excellent !!!!!

Nice and clean. No amenities (cannot self cater or braai). Upside is you don't have to drive anywhere

Didn’t even stay the night. Located behind some stores. Not great area and very loud generator during loadshedding. Rooms are tiny. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

Most chaotic, unorganised and unreliable hotel stay we ever had! The Woman who owns the hotel has a nice fassade, but just wants to make quick money with you and then you should quickly leave. If shes not busy being chaotic, she scolds at her employee. We were told to park in three different spots - turns out there is only one parking lot for hotel guests, the other ones are all privatley owned. She doesnt tell you anything about it. The room had mold (she first told us when checking in even though the problem was existing earlier). While we were out in a restaurant, she told us to come back and pay immediatly because we were asking for a shorter stay. She didnt want to give us a discount for mold or shorter stay. All in all the communication was horrible! We would NOT recommend staying there. There is plenty of nice options to stay in Hermanus, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!
