Lovely place in a great location (less than 10min walk from the heart of town). There is this scenic walking path directly across from the hotel. The hotel breakfast is one of the best included breakfasts I’ve had. The staff is ALL super friendly! Highly recommend!

Wow, the best!!! We were greeted while still in our vehicle as we drove into the secure parking, helped with our luggage, and had a very friendly and personalised reception! The penthouse suite is luxurious and spacious, with great views of the bay and perfect for whale watching. (We were also greeted by a whale in the bay on our arrival) We enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc at the complementary Aperitivo station - a wonderful international touch. Thank you to the Hermanus Boutique Guest House team for an outstanding experience - your attentiveness and attention to detail is excellent!

Home away from home, have been here 3 times this year and always a perfect experience. Beautiful view, and an ocean view walk from all restaurants and main town area. But still far enough to be peaceful. It’s the HermanHouse

We had the most amazing stay for 2 nights. We were upgraded and our room was amazing. Arrived late, but the security guy explained and done everything possible assist. Managed to shower and relax with the wine and nibbles provided ready for the power shredding. View was amazing from balcony at night and again upon opening curtains in the morning. Breakfast was good and choices plentiful. Due to the power some items were unavailable but all was explained and other solutions offered within capabilities. Staff gave good recommendations for things to do and where to eat. Enjoyed walking along the cliff top and exploring the town and then returning again for a fabulous dinner at La Pintona as recommended, before returning to wine and nibbles on the balcony.

A really welcoming place to stay in Hermanus half way between the harbour and the town and right in front of Fick's Pool. What really makes this place special are the staff who are so helpful and kind and make the inconvenience of the power cuts as bearable as possible. Lovely breakfasts and the wine and nuts before you go out for dinner are a really nice touch.

This was our second time at this Hotel and the hosting was excellent. It's close to all the amenities. Safe parking. Wonderful staff. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Would highly recommend staying here

One of our favourite hotels we stayed in SA. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by the most friendly staff and was super helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with a corner spa bath which was a nice touch. We were originally booked to do whale watching but unfortunately all the whales have gone so we were recommended to do one of the trail walks along the cliff tops. We recommend doing the Biodiversity walk as it is absolutely stunning views and walking amongst nature. The breakfast was amazing both the buffet and cooked breakfast. We would definitely stay here again

Was spoilt recently to a business conference here and spent 2 nights. Fantastic venue, with huge rooms, very comfortable and smartly appointed double room with a huge bed. The special (and unexpected) treat was the outdoor shower that leads out of the inside shower. Open plan room with a small living area. Secure parking and across the road from Ficks Pool restaurant and bar. Friendly and helpful staff and top drawer catering. Can definitely recommend if stuck for a choice in Hermanus.

Beutifuf seaview, good location in Hermanus and safe place! Good breakfast! We have booked the Honeymoon suite sweet. The room was rather small for s Sweet and seemed to be more a superior double room! The pictures of the available suits from the hotel were different too.

Brautiful setting with view from the balcony right onto the beach. Within walking distance of l9vely shops, restaurants and a nature trail. Bed is huge and comfy and the spa bath is a winner. Breakfasts are generous and tasty

We absolutely loved staying there. Kayleigh was very swift and efficient during our email correspondence. Dominique was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Benjamin was a star in agreeing to wash our bakkie after the long trip, when we couldn't find a carwash open on a Sunday afternoon. Amenities, cleanliness, a hearty breakfast, and overall impressive decor definitely ticked all the boxes. We were not left disappointed as the 'book' definitely matched the 'online' cover ;-)

We had the most wonderful time here. We stayed over the weekend, lovely lovely location right next to a tidal pool and the coastal path which suited us perfectly. We had wonderful interactions with the staff and management who made sure we felt looked after and at home. It is also a short walk to many restaurants and bars! We had a lovely experience at a few of them and will have to return to try out some of the exciting ones we saw but didn't have time to get to! Can't wait for our next trip out 😊👍🏻

What a lovely surprise we had when we were upgraded to a sea view room. It was huge with a full bathroom with spa bath and walk in shower. The French style decor and furniture makes a lovely setting. The breakfasts were plentiful and the staff were super friendly and most helpful. We spent some time on the sun loungers next to the pool and really enjoyed our break. We had booked on the Valentine Special which included a meal voucher to La Pergola which was excellent. Don't miss out on that dining experience either. We will be back.
